What this role involves

About DonorsChoose

DonorsChoose is an education nonprofit ensuring every US public school student has the classroom resources they need to learn, grow, and thrive.

Founded by a teacher in 2000, DonorsChoose connects educators with a nationwide community of supporters who believe investing in students today will transform tomorrow. Educators request the materials they know their students need, and donors can choose the classroom, community, or cause they want to support. Since our founding, donors have supported 90% of US public schools. Every request is vetted, resources are delivered to classrooms, and donors can see the impact of their support through transparent reporting and updates from students and teachers. Raising $1.9 billion for classrooms, DonorsChoose has earned top ratings from Charity Navigator, GuideStar, and CharityWatch for its transparency, trust, and impact. Our dedicated team works from across the United States to turn resources into opportunities for students and teachers.

About the Finance Team

The Finance, IT, & Procurement team provides the infrastructure and stewardship that keep DonorsChoose financially strong, technologically enabled, and focused on getting resources into classrooms. The team manages the day-to-day finances while shaping long-term strategies, ensures our distributed workforce has the technology and systems to work seamlessly, and manages vendor relationships. Together, these functions turn financial resources into tangible materials in the hands of teachers and students.

About the Role

DonorsChoose is seeking a tactical, collaborative Strategic Finance Director who will report to the VP, Finance & Accounting.  You will work closely with senior leaders to provide insights that drive growth, optimize resource allocation, shape cash and margin decisions, and enhance financial performance across the organization. This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who thrives at the intersection of financial analysis and strategic decision-making.  We are looking for candidates who have deep scenario planning and modeling experience – who are able to analyze financial data, build financial models, generate financial forecasts and play a key role in driving business decisions.

About a third of your time will be dedicated towards budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting activities as needed while maintaining primary focus on strategic finance and decision support.

Success in this role requires equal parts analytical rigor, curiosity, creativity, and business judgment. You’ll build sophisticated financial models from scratch, pressure-test assumptions, synthesize information from multiple sources, and communicate recommendations that help leaders make better decisions. You’ll thrive if you enjoy moving between spreadsheets and strategy conversations and are equally comfortable diving into the details and presenting the story behind the numbers.

Responsibilities

Financial Modeling & Business Analysis:

  • Build and maintain a 3-statement financial model for budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, scenario analysis, and net asset impacts
  • Independently develop ROI analyses and cost-benefit frameworks that shape prioritization decisions and track the end-to-end lifecycle of initiatives from investment through post-launch impact measurement
  • Influence decision-making across senior leaders with actionable financial insights to solve key business challenges and position our organization for growth
  • Partner across the organization to evaluate deal economics, optimize margins, and improve efficiency
  • Communicate  executive-ready analyses, dashboards, and Board materials that translate complex financial information into meaningful business insights

Budget & Forecast Management:

  • Lead critical FP&A processes, including annual budgeting process, recurring forecasts, month-end reporting, and preparation of financial reporting for senior leadership and Board presentations

  • Improve and automate FP&A processes, systems, and reporting as the company scales by using modern tooling (including AI-enabled solutions) to improve speed and accuracy

  • Guide senior leaders on resource allocation and strategic decisions, occasionally presenting at leadership meetings and playing a critical role in influencing change across cross-functional workstreams

  • Manage vendor renewal calendars and ensure no material contracts auto-renew without review

Special Projects:

  • Support the build-out of an internal procurement process, one that establishes a centralized function for spend management, contract reviews, vendor selection, and purchasing process.
  • Own mission-critical initiatives such as an updated pricing strategy to optimize our margins

Qualifications

  • Have 8+ years of related work experience in strategic finance, FP&A, corporate development, management consulting, investment banking, private equity, accounting, or another discipline responsible for financial forecasts and analysis
  • Enjoy turning ambiguity into structured analysis and actionable recommendations.
  • Build trusted relationships across functions and know how to influence without formal authority.
  • Have built sophisticated financial models from scratch—not simply maintained existing models.
  • Are naturally curious, ask thoughtful questions, and are comfortable challenging assumptions with data and sound judgment.
  • Communicate complex financial concepts in ways that help non-finance leaders make informed decisions.
  • Problem solver who is comfortable diving into complex scenarios
  • Balance confidence with humility—you have a point of view but remain open to new information and perspectives.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable embracing new systems and tools
  • Care deeply about education and share our organization’s commitment to racial and economic equity in America’s public schools
  • Experience working with Adaptive Insights or another cloud-based financial planning software
  • Comfortable with intermediate Excel/Google Sheet functions (pivot tables, lookup functions, graphs/tables)

Level Expectations

The Strategic Finance Director will independently lead complex analytical work that influences organizational financial strategy and executive decision-making. They own sophisticated financial modeling efforts, develop recommendations with limited direction, and regularly partner with senior leaders across the organization.

While this role does not include direct people management responsibilities, the Strategic Finance Director is expected to exercise significant independent judgment, influence cross-functional decisions through expertise and credibility, and raise the overall quality of strategic financial thinking across DonorsChoose.

Successful team members take work nearly to completion independently, seek thoughtful input at key decision points, and communicate recommendations with clarity, confidence, and sound business judgment.

Compensation & Benefits

Our compensation philosophy ensures that we are both externally competitive with tech-forward nonprofits of a similar size and internally fair in our pay practices. The following ranges represent the target offer range given the scope and experience expectations for this role.

  • The hiring salary range for this role is $109,180 - $125,660
  • We have a hiring salary range of $121,540- $142,000 for specific higher cost of labor locations, which include New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, Boston, and Washington, D.C.

Once employees are hired, everyone at DonorsChoose is eligible to receive annual performance-based raises as they grow in their role. We are open to a variety of experiences, and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced or more senior than this job description as posted. If you don’t check every box listed here, or you know you’d bring additional experience to the table, we hope you’ll submit your application.

In addition, we offer full-time staff 25 paid vacation days per year and 11 paid holidays, a rich employer-paid individual and family health plan, a matching 401(k) plan (up to 5% of base salary), annual professional development stipend, and casual and flexible work environment. Candidates who are not in the NYC area should expect to travel to our NYC office on an as-needed basis, about 4-6 times per year. All work-related travel expenses will be covered by the organization.

DonorsChoose participates in E-Verify. We will provide the U.S. Social Security Administration (SSA) and, if necessary, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) with information from each new employee’s Form I-9 to confirm work authorization.

Finance Billing & AR Resolution Lead at Tia

Manages accounts receivable follow-up, denials resolution, and payer rejections while building scalable billing workflows and processes for a healthcare organization.

Mid Remote Posted about 19 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Tia

Tia is building a new model for women’s healthcare, one that treats women as whole people, not separate conditions or life stages. By integrating primary care, mental health, gynecology, dermatology, and wellness across both in-person and virtual settings, Tia is improving outcomes, lowering costs, and creating a better experience for patients and providers alike.

About the Role

Tia is looking for a Billing & AR Resolution Lead to take ownership of our claims follow-up, denials, and payer rejection functions. This is a hands-on role. You’ll work claims, resolve denials, and push aging AR to resolution every day. It’s also a role for someone who wants to build something: the workflows, documentation, and queue structure that make this work repeatable and easier to hand off as we scale and the team grows.

You’ll partner closely with the Senior Manager of RCM as a true right hand on a lean team. Take full ownership of AR follow-up, flag payer trends before they turn into revenue problems, and bring good ideas for how the function should grow. If you see a messy queue and want to fix the system behind it, not just clear the backlog, this role is for you.

Why Tia

  • Opportunity to help shape and scale a new model of women’s healthcare

  • Mission-driven environment focused on improving care for women across life stages

  • Collaborative, thoughtful team committed to patient and provider experience

  • Modern care model that integrates clinical care, operations, technology, and innovation

  • Meaningful opportunity to help build scalable systems, workflows, and practices

  • Remote role in a fast-moving, high-growth healthcare environment.

  • This is a rare chance to shape a function, not just staff it. You’ll have real ownership over how AR and denials work at Tia, direct visibility with RCM leadership, and room to grow as the team does. If you’re someone who can’t help but build a better process, and you like being the person others trust to know what’s really going on in the numbers, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

AR Follow-Up, Denials & Payer Rejections

  • Own day-to-day AR follow-up across commercial payers, resolving denials and payer rejections from root-cause identification through resubmission.

  • Work claims across multiple queues and payer rule sets, prioritizing by dollar impact, aging, and likelihood of recovery.

  • Partner with Tia’s external billing partner on complex appeals and escalated claim issues, giving them the documentation and context they need to resolve them.

  • Track denial reasons and outcomes closely enough to know which patterns are just noise and which ones are the start of something bigger, monitoring trends across payers and markets to surface systemic issues (eligibility, contract terms, coding, payer behavior changes) before they compound.

  • Bring data and recommendations to RCM leadership on where the biggest AR risks and opportunities are, not just a status update on what’s outstanding.

Workflow & Process Design

  • Build and document the SOPs, queue structures, and escalation paths that turn AR follow-up from institutional knowledge into a repeatable process.

  • Spot friction points in the claims-to-cash workflow and design the fix, not just flag the problem.

  • Create the reference materials and training documentation that help new team members ramp up quickly as the function grows.

Cross-Functional Support

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on RCM-related questions and concerns for Tia’s Billing Care Coordinators, who field most patient billing inquiries directly.

  • Take ownership of escalations that need a claim edit, payer-specific fix, or other RCM-level intervention and ensure timely follow-up through to resolution.

Finance Global Payroll Specialist at Melita Group

Manages end-to-end international payroll processing for multiple countries using ADP and Rippling, ensuring accurate, timely payrolls and statutory compliance.

Mid Remote Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Melita

Melita is an HR, Benefits, and Payroll outsourcing company, serving and building lasting relationships with small and mid-sized employers in the U.S. and abroad. We were founded over 30 years ago on a simple principle: to help our clients succeed by innovating, serving, and supporting their Human Resources, Employee Benefits, and Payroll needs. As a results-driven organization, we hold ourselves accountable for our promises and we celebrate the successes of our clients. We live by a set of shared values that drive everything we do, and we are known for our high-integrity approach to building relationships with our clients and partners.

Position Summary

The Global Payroll Specialist is a key role on Melita’s growing Payroll Services team as we expand our payroll services beyond the U.S. You will own the end-to-end payroll process for our international clients, using primarily ADP and Rippling payroll technologies (with additional platforms possible as we grow), and hold yourself to a standard of 100% error-free, on-time payrolls.

Just as important, you will help build Melita’s global payroll capability. As our clients grow into new countries, you will learn each country’s statutory, tax, and processing requirements and help stand up the internal processes that let us deliver a complete payroll solution wherever our clients operate. This role suits someone who loves payroll, brings strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, and genuinely enjoys learning new systems, rules, and geographies.

Reporting and Scope

  • Reports to: Global Payroll Services Manager
  • Location: Remote
  • Current scope: International payroll clients across multiple countries, with Canada and the United Kingdom currently making up the majority, expanding to additional countries as our client base grows
  • Key partners: Client payroll and HR contacts, and Melita’s Payroll, Tax, and Client Service teams

Core Responsibilities:

International Payroll Execution

  • Execute and manage the entire payroll process for your assigned international clients using ADP and Rippling payroll technologies, with the goal of 100% error-free payrolls.
  • Process new hires, changes, terminations, and off-cycle items accurately and on time for every pay cycle, respecting each country’s statutory rules and deadlines.
  • Reconcile and validate each payroll before release, and coordinate funding, filings, and reporting as required in each jurisdiction.

Client Partnership

  • Work directly with client contacts to collect required data, resolve issues, process changes, and obtain the approvals needed for timely processing of each payroll.
  • Earn each client’s trust and confidence by executing every detail expertly and on time, so they can focus on their business knowing Melita is on the job.
  • Communicate proactively and professionally, and keep clean, well-documented records of every payroll and issue.

Global Expansion and New-Country Build-Out

  • Help establish payroll-processing capability in new countries as needed to support key clients: learn the country’s statutory, tax, and processing requirements, define and implement the internal payroll process, and partner with the client to launch a complete payroll solution.

Systems and Continuous Improvement

  • Become an advanced user of ADP and Rippling payroll platforms (and any additional platforms we adopt) as well as Melita’s custom Salesforce CRM.
  • Document repeatable processes and contribute to the standards and tools that let the Payroll Services team scale internationally.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on payroll experience in US, Canada and the UK; experience in other international jurisdictions is a plus.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now payroll technology.
  • Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail, with comfort managing payroll for multiple clients under deadline pressure.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for payroll and for learning new systems, rules, and geographies.
  • Excellent communication skills and a high-integrity, client-first approach.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A college degree and/or a professional payroll designation (for example the Canadian PCP or CPM, the UK CIPP, or the US CPP).
  • Experience standing up or building out a payroll process in a new country.
  • Familiarity with a CRM (Salesforce) and modern, technology-enabled payroll workflows.

What Success Looks Like

  • Your clients’ payrolls run error-free and on time, every cycle, in every country you support.
  • Clients rely on you as their payroll expert and trust your proactive, professional communication.
  • When a client expands into a new country, Melita is ready, because you helped build the

Finance Customer.io: Director, GTM Finance

Directs go-to-market financial planning and analysis across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, owning P&L, unit economics, forecasting, and finance team building at scale.

Lead Remote Posted 3 days ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: Americas Remote

About Customer.io

Over 9,000 companies — from scrappy startups to global brands — use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day. Customer.io powers automated communication that people actually want to receive. We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data.

About the role

Hi, my name is Diep Nguyen, VP of Finance here at Customer.io, and I'm looking for a Director, GTM Finance to own our go-to-market P&L end-to-end as we scale from $100M+ ARR today to $1B+ ARR in the future.

We're hiring for strategic finance horsepower first: someone who builds models from a blank page, challenges assumptions, and earns trust with senior executives. Deep GTM fluency matters just as much — but for a strong finance generalist, that business partnership often shows up in the work rather than the title. You'll own our GTM P&L spanning Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, and build the team behind it.

We're an AI-forward company: this role requires someone energized by using AI to reinvent how finance operates, not someone who merely tolerates the tools we hand them.

What we value

  • Financial rigor over title-matching — we care more about how you've built and defended models than whether "GTM Finance" was ever your title.
  • AI as genuine practice, not a buzzword — we want concrete stories of AI changing an outcome, not familiarity with the tools.
  • Ownership from day one — you'll build and lead a team, not just execute analysis handed to you.
  • Directness with data — you challenge top-down assumptions with account-level evidence, even in uncomfortable conversations.

What you’ll do

  • Own the GTM P&L end-to-end — revenue, gross margin, and opex across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success — not just a spend-efficiency lens.
  • Drive unit economics and the growth funnel model — CAC, LTV/CAC, payback, magic number, and cohort/retention analysis across self-serve and sales-assisted motions.
  • Own the ARR roll-forward, bookings, and revenue forecasting — auditable, reconcilable, and independently stress-tested against top-down assumptions.
  • Partner with Sales and RevOps on capacity planning, deal economics, and pricing — protecting margin and ARR quality without slowing deal velocity.
  • Build and own the monthly/quarterly GTM reporting package for the exec team and Board, with variance analysis that explains root cause.
  • Champion AI-enabled finance workflows and build the GTM finance team as Customer.io scales past $250M+ ARR.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or related roles at complex, scaled orgs; a first-principles modeler who builds from a blank page rather than inheriting assumptions
  • Deep GTM business-partnering experience with Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success — regardless of whether "GTM Finance" was ever the title
  • Comfortable with subscription/SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV) or able to get there fast
  • Concrete, demonstrated track record driving AI adoption in finance workflows — not just familiarity with the tools
  • Proven people leader — has managed and developed finance professionals
  • Strong Excel skills (with experience using Snowflake a plus) and experience with planning/GTM systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, Gong, Drivetrain)
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA a plus

Compensation & Benefits

We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role is $200K–$255K USD (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment.

We know our people are what make us great, and we’re committed to taking great care of them. Our inclusive benefits package supports your well-being and growth, including 100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family. We also offer 16 weeks paid parental leave, unlimited PTO, stipends for remote work and wellness, a professional development budget, and more.

See full benefits here →

Our Process

No gotchas, no trick questions - just a clear, human process designed to help both of us make an informed decision.

  1. Recruiter Screen (30 min)
  2. Hiring Manager Screen (45 min)
  3. Two Cross-functional conversations with team members (30 min each)
  4. Case study + Case Review Panel with team (45 min)

All final candidates will be asked to complete a background check and employment verifications as part of our pre-employment process.

Customer.io recognizes the stifling impact of systemic injustice on diverse communities. We commit to using our influence to increase inclusion and equity within the tech industry. We strive to build an inclusive team culture, implement bias-free hiring practices, and develop community partnerships to expand our global impact.

Zoom is the only video conference platform that we use, virtual interviews will be conducted using the video capability (i.e., not via the chat), and offers will be extended in writing on official Customer.io letterhead. Please be vigilant in all of your job search activity, and if you have any questions please contact jobs@customer.io.

Join us!

Check out our careers page for more information about why you should come work with us! We believe in empathy, transparency, responsibility, and, yes, a little awkwardness. If you’re excited by what you read — apply now.

Finance Payroll Specialist at Standard Bots

Manages full-cycle multi-state payroll operations in Workday, ensures payroll accuracy and tax compliance, and supports payroll system implementation and maintenance.

Mid Remote Posted 5 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Standard Bots

Standard Bots builds AI-native industrial robot arms deployed at manufacturing facilities across the U.S. In June 2026 we closed a $200M Series C at a $1B valuation, led by RoboStrategy with continued backing from General Catalyst and new participation from the Amazon Industrial Innovation Fund and Samsung Next. This role is central to building the financial infrastructure to match our growth.

Note: This is a full-time, remote role open to candidates based anywhere in the U.S.

The Role

We’re bringing payroll in-house. Standard Bots is migrating off a PEO onto Workday, with a January 1 go-live, and we’re hiring a Payroll Specialist to own payroll end-to-end from day one of that transition.

This is a hands-on role with real scope. You’ll run every payroll cycle, own the accuracy of what lands in employees’ bank accounts, and be the person the rest of the company comes to with payroll questions. You’ll also help finish standing up Workday Payroll – testing, parallel runs, configuration cleanup – and then run the system you helped build. If you like the combination of building something new and running it well, this is that job.

You’ll report directly to the Senior Finance Manager and work closely with People Ops.

What You’ll Do

Payroll Operations

- Own and execute full-cycle multi-state payroll in Workday for salaried and hourly employees, including off-cycle runs, terminations, retro pay, and bonus and commission payments

- Maintain payroll data integrity in Workday – earnings and deduction codes, pay groups, work locations, tax elections, garnishments, and direct deposit

- Track hourly time and attendance, overtime, shift differentials, and PTO accruals in coordination with Manufacturing Operations

- Serve as the first point of contact for employee payroll questions, resolving them accurately and discreetly

Workday Implementation Support

- Support the final phase of the Workday Payroll implementation: configuration validation, test and parallel payroll runs, data migration checks, and cutover from our current PEO

- Document payroll procedures and build the internal controls, checklists, and approval workflows a growing company needs

Tax & Compliance

- Register and maintain state and local payroll tax accounts as we hire into new jurisdictions; monitor filings, deposits, and agency notices, and resolve issues through to closure

- Support quarter- and year-end payroll processes: 941s, W-2s, state filings, and amendments

Benefits, GL & Audit

- Administer payroll-side benefit and 401(k) deductions, including contribution changes and funding files; partner with People Ops and the plan provider on reconciliations and census data

- Reconcile payroll to the general ledger each cycle; prepare payroll journal entries and accruals and support the monthly close

- Provide payroll data and reconciliations for the annual financial statement audit, 401(k) audit, workers’ compensation audit, and R&D tax credit studies

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of full-cycle payroll experience, including multi-state payroll in the U.S.

- Hands-on Workday Payroll experience is required – processing payroll in Workday, not just viewing reports in it

- Working knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax rules, wage and hour law, and FLSA classification

- Experience with payroll GL mapping, reconciliation, and journal entries

- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets

- Exceptional accuracy and follow-through – the judgment to spot when a number looks wrong before it goes out the door

- Sound discretion with confidential compensation and employee data

- Clear written communication and the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-moving environment

Nice to Have

- Experience transitioning payroll from a PEO to an in-house Workday environment

- Experience with a manufacturing or other hourly, non-exempt workforce

- Workday Payroll implementation or configuration exposure (EIBs, calculated fields, payroll reporting)

- Experience at a venture-backed company scaling through rapid headcount growth

- CPP or FPC certification

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $90,000, depending on experience. We are open to a variety of seniority levels for this role and will build compensation packages that are commensurate with seniority and skill level. Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at Standard Bots. All Full-Time Employees are eligible for Employee Stock Options. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees.

By combining our scale, insights, and AI innovation, we’re building the industry’s first Predictive Revenue System, enabling humans and AI to work together to make smarter decisions and drive consistent growth.

With thousands of customers using our platforms every day, we have an unmatched view into how revenue is actually won — the Revenue Context that reveals what happens, when, and with what outcome. This gives us a unique opportunity to transform an entire category and set a new benchmark for how modern revenue teams operate.

Join us to help transform how companies around the world run revenue — and build the platform that will guide leading revenue teams into the future.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

At Salesloft, our Financial Analyst will be pivotal to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing Finance team and will be a critical partner in scaling the company by building key business relationships across the organization. We believe that the most successful SaaS businesses rely on agile, data-driven finance partners who look beyond budget variances to turn operational data into strategic growth.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for serving as the dedicated finance partner to our Customer Success, Professional Services, and G&A organizations alongside our FP&A leadership. Specifically, you will:

  • Lead Financial Partnering: Support departmental heads with headcount management, monthly budgeting, forecasting, and actuals variance analysis.
  • Maintain Revenue & Retention Metrics: Own the source of truth for retention and churn forecasting models, partnering directly with Revenue Operations and Order Management to ensure data integrity.
  • Drive Executive Reporting: Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting—analyzing financial results, identifying key operational trends, and communicating insights to senior leadership.
  • Leverage Modern Tech & AI: Utilize Pigment as our core FP&A planning platform and Claude AI to accelerate data analysis, reporting, and scenario modeling to automate finance workflows.
  • Execute Strategic Modeling: Perform ad-hoc financial modeling and scenario analyses to evaluate operational risks and strategic business initiatives.

In addition to working with amazing colleagues who exemplify our ‘team over self’ core value, you will also have the opportunity to work directly across different management levels to solve complex financial challenges and shape how we scale a world-class revenue platform. You will have an opportunity to make a difference.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a self-motivated, customer-centric, and highly analytical problem solver who is passionate about making an impact. You are an independent thinker with an eye for process improvement, comfortable navigating fast-paced environments, and eager to leverage cutting-edge tools to automate finance workflows. If you’re looking for an opportunity to learn more, do more, and become more, then becoming a Financial Analyst is the career path for you!

THE TEAM:

The Finance team consists of results-oriented SaaS professionals with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for strategic problem solving. The team members share a few common traits: they are collaborative, highly curious, detail-oriented, and focused on helping the company scale cleanly.

THE SKILL SET:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in FP&A, Sales Operations, or quantitative financial analysis roles within a high-growth tech or B2B SaaS environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for financial modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with modern FP&A platforms (specifically Pigment) and comfort using AI tools (such as Claude AI) to drive analytical productivity.
  • Solid understanding of core SaaS post-sales business metrics (e.g., NRR, GRR, Churn, ARR).
