What this role involves

Job Title: Senior Manager, Demand Generation

About Us

Prompt is revolutionizing healthcare by delivering highly automated and modern software to rehab therapy businesses, the teams within, and the patients they serve. We strive to push the boundaries of what people can expect from healthcare software.

The Role

We’re looking for a Demand Generation Team Lead to own Prompt’s net new demand end to end, from a practice that has never heard of Prompt through to a qualified demo that sales accepts and opens a deal, plus all the nurture that keeps every stage in between moving. The goal is high quality demos, and you’ll always know how demand is performing by source and by segment.

We already have strong content, events, paid, and BDR motions. What we don’t have is the person who sits above them and makes their work talk to each other through data and follow up. You’ll own the funnel stage by stage and work with Marketing Ops on the HubSpot reporting that shows how every source contributes at each one.

Then you’ll use it: to pick the highest leverage campaigns and tactics, to work with the BDRs on which accounts to hit, to tell leadership where the next 400 qualified demos are coming from, and to turn what works into repeatable plays.

You’ll set the direction and do the hands-on work, coordinating across marketing, our paid media agency, and the BDR team while just as often building the report, writing the nurture email, or launching the test yourself.

You’ll lead a team of 2 from day one and grow it as the engine scales. When leadership wants to know how new business demand is tracking, you already have the answer ready.

Responsibilities

Own the Funnel from Cold to Demo Arrived to Deal Created

  • Own every stage of net new demand, from a practice that has never heard of Prompt down to the demo that’s held and accepted by sales. Know what’s in each bucket, why it’s there, and what moves it forward.

  • Bring the cold cohort, the practices who aren’t in any bucket yet, into the funnel with a wide range of campaigns and activities.

  • Own the nurture for every bucket, not just the ones close to booking, and keep the BDR buckets warm so their outreach lands. Give the BDRs the context, message, offer, and timing that turn a lead into a demo that’s held.

  • Dissect demo quality by source, channel, and segment and feed it back to the teams creating the demand, so we can tell a channel that produces volume from a channel that produces buyers.

  • Build different plays for different buyers. SMB and mid-market practices move on a different cycle than strategic enterprise accounts, and the targeting, offers, messaging, and follow-up should reflect that.

  • Find where records stall between stages and fix the cause, whether it’s the offer, the routing, the timing, or the message.

Demand Gen Strategy & Leadership

  • Own the net new demand strategy and the quarterly plan behind it, and communicate both clearly to company leadership.

  • Lead the 2 people who report into this role, develop them, and grow the team as the engine scales.

  • Direct the day to day work of the demand engine across Marketing Operations, BDR, Content, Events, and our agency, keeping everyone pointed at the same demo and pipeline goals.

Total Clarity & Reporting

  • Be the single source of truth for how net new demand is performing, so anyone in leadership can get a clear, current answer backed by data at any point. You share that picture before anyone has to ask for it.

  • Own the reporting layer in HubSpot with Marketing Ops, including the dashboards, lifecycle stages, properties, and campaign reporting that show how every source contributes at every stage. This is the core of the job, not a tool you happen to know.

  • Pull the data together from where it currently lives apart, including HubSpot, the paid platforms, the website, our BI reporting, and event lists. Use AI to get signal out of messy, disconnected data and to automate between tools that don’t talk to each other.

  • Forecast the demo number across every source that feeds it, including paid, events, partnerships, webinars, and LLM-driven search, and line it up with BDR outbound so sales and marketing plan against one shared target.

  • Know your CAC, cost per demo, arrival rate, and demo to opportunity conversion inside and out, and use them to make decisions every week.

New Channel & Campaign Experimentation

  • Keep a steady pipeline of new ideas coming, whether that’s a new ad platform, a partnership, a fresh offer, a comparison play, or a campaign we’ve never run before. Test them, read the results quickly, and put real budget behind the ones that work.

  • Get Prompt in front of buyers researching through LLM-driven search. Leads arriving that way are already deep in evaluation.

  • Reach the parts of our addressable market we haven’t touched yet.

Demo Arrival Rate & Speed to Lead

  • Own everything that happens after a demo is booked, from the confirmation and reminder sequences through scheduling, calendar handoffs, and rebooking. A demo that’s booked but never attended doesn’t count as a win.

  • Work with the BDR and sales teams on speed to lead and follow-up, and with Marketing Operations on the routing, alerts, and automation behind them.

Website & Conversion Rate Optimization

  • Treat the website as a product you own, and run conversion rate optimization across the site, including its landing pages, forms, chat, and the demo booking flow.

  • Test headlines, offers, layouts, and form length on an ongoing basis, and partner closely with design and development so tests ship quickly.

Lead Nurturing & Reactivation

  • Guide your team in designing and running reactivation programs in HubSpot for leads who aren’t ready to buy yet, such as stale opportunities, closed-lost accounts, cool-off contacts, webinar attendees, and content leads.

  • Bring them back into a demo conversation, and keep testing your copy, offers, and cadences as you go.

Paid Media and Strategic Growth Partnership

  • Build an exceptionally close working relationship with our paid media partner and a trusted advisor on Prompt’s broader marketing strategy. Treat him as an extension of the team and a force multiplier, not simply as an agency executing campaigns.

  • Create a true 1+1=3 partnership. Bring the closest possible view of what is happening inside the business - demo performance, BDR feedback, sales conversations, customer and competitive signals, vertical-level results, and company priorities - so his recommendations become even sharper and more actionable.

  • Work together to sort through the long list of possible opportunities, decide what matters most now, and determine where Prompt should test, stop, or double down.

  • Translate Prompt’s priorities in each market and vertical into effective paid programs. Ensure the right segments are receiving the right messages, offers, creative, and landing experiences, and that campaigns reinforce how Prompt intends to win each market.

Minimum Requirements

  • You have at least 7 years in demand generation or performance marketing at a B2B SaaS company, and you’ve personally owned a demo, meeting, or pipeline number.

  • You’ve managed and developed a team directly, including hiring, coaching, setting priorities, and holding people to results. You’re looking to lead and grow a team rather than only run your own campaigns.

  • You’re deep in HubSpot. You’ve built the dashboards, lifecycle stages, properties, workflows, lead scoring, and campaign reporting yourself rather than asking someone else to.

  • You have strong funnel fluency. You can diagnose performance by source, segment, and stage, pull and validate the data yourself, and turn what you find into action. You can walk us through a time you found something in the data that changed what your team did next.

  • You’re still hands-on in the tools. You can point to recent emails you’ve written, landing pages and forms you’ve tested, workflows you’ve set up, and tests you’ve launched yourself. If your last 2 roles were spent purely directing other people’s work, this probably isn’t the right fit.

  • You’ve run paid media yourself across Google Ads and paid social, owned the budget for it, and led the work through an outside agency. You understand the platforms well enough to challenge an agency’s recommendations rather than take them at face value.

  • You use AI tools in your daily work, and you can show us what you’ve built, automated, or figured out faster because of them.

  • You’re curious and relentless. You dig into why a number moved, follow it until every loose end is tied off, and ship tests every week rather than every quarter.

Preferred (nice-to-have) qualifications

  • You’ve marketed to healthcare providers, clinics, or other SMB and mid-market buyers with long consideration cycles.

  • You’ve built reporting across tools that don’t natively connect, such as CRM, BI, and paid platforms.

  • You’ve partnered closely with BDR teams on speed to lead and follow-up.

  • You’ve worked with website behavior tracking tools such as Hotjar, Decibel, or similar.

  • You have enough HTML and CSS to review how emails and landing pages are built.

  • You’re familiar with ABM platforms such as Demandbase, 6sense, or RollWorks.

Perks - What you can expect

  • Competitive salaries

  • Remote/hybrid environment

  • Potential equity compensation for outstanding performance

  • Flexible PTO

  • Company-wide sponsored lunches

  • Company paid disability and life insurance benefits

  • Company paid family and medical leave

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance benefits

  • Discounted pet insurance

  • FSA/DCA and commuter benefits

  • 401k

  • Credits for online and in-person fitness classes/gym memberships

  • Recovery suite at HQ, includes a cold plunge, sauna, and shower

Marketing Senior Organic Search Strategist (Remote, £38-41k) at Ellipsis®

Develops and executes organic search strategies for B2B clients, combining SEO expertise with AI search optimization to drive client acquisition and performance.

Senior Remote Posted about 19 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Ellipsis is emerging as a market leader in “GEO” for B2B technology companies. This is a high-impact, varied role in a fast-moving and ambitious agency.

The transition to AI search has put a lot of the SEO industry on the back foot. Ellipsis has always been consultative/strategic in our approach; we started building AI search products in 2021 on GPT-2, and thus this has been a time for us to thrive.

Today, we think we have a better understanding of AI search than almost anyone else. We have the tracking product (built in-house), the data (~25 million AI answers for analysis, with more tracked weekly), and the execution end-to-end from strategy, to writing, to in-house design, to optimization, and performance reporting.

As our newest Senior Organic Search Strategist, you will own the organic search strategy for your own portfolio of clients: deciding what work we do, when we do it, and why. You’ll be a strategic partner who understands each client’s goals, requirements, and position in the market, and who turns that understanding into a programme of work that our Content, Writing, and Design teams can execute – and that actually helps the client win.

We have an increasingly varied (and growing) portfolio of clients, and are adding a second senior strategist to the team to support that growth, provide our sales team with more strategic support with prospective clients, and continue improving our understanding and execution of AI search strategy. It is an exciting time to join us.

What you’ll do

The Senior Organic Search Strategist role is varied, fast-paced, and requires excellent strategic judgement. You’ll be responsible for a mixture of big-picture strategy across your client portfolio and hands-on strategic deliverables – everything from minor content updates to full-site technical SEO audits – giving you both the perspective to set direction and the depth to know exactly what it takes to execute it.

Ellipsis’ understanding of AI search is cutting edge, and we have proven experience of ensuring our clients win. The heart of this role is doing just that – you’ll own the organic search strategy for a portfolio of clients, and shoulder the responsibility for ensuring we recommend and execute the right work, at the right time, for each of them.

Our Content Managers own day-to-day client relationships and delivery, but you’ll join client calls alongside them to present strategy, explain performance, and make the case for a course of action. You’ll need to be confident building a clear, evidence-based argument, presenting it to multiple stakeholders, and handling challenge or pushback appropriately live on calls.

In practice, the role breaks down into five areas:

1. Owning client strategy

You’ll plan – and ensure we effectively execute – GEO strategies for your portfolio of clients. This starts with deeply understanding each client: their goals, their requirements, their position in the market, and how we can help them win. From there, you’ll translate that understanding into a clear programme of work, brief it into our Content and Writing teams, and keep it pointed at the outcomes the client actually cares about.

We are strategic partners to our clients, not the type of agency where the answer is always “do more content”. A large part of your judgement will go on knowing when to stick with an established strategy and when to pivot – and on being able to explain that reasoning to the client either way.

2. Piloting our technology

Ellipsis has built its own proprietary technology for AI search, and our strategists are its primary pilots. You’ll use our tooling day-to-day to identify the right work for each client at the right time, and you’ll be expected to feed back on what works (and what doesn’t) so we can get better faster. The tooling does the groundwork; your judgement is what turns its output into a recommendation worth making.

3. Driving performance

You’ll be across performance for every client in your portfolio – not just reporting on it, but proactively driving forward the optimizations that will improve it. When a page underperforms, a competitor moves, or an AI engine changes how it cites, you’ll be the first to spot it and the one with a plan for what we do next.

4. Supporting our sales team

You’ll support our sales team with strategic data and analysis for prospective new clients. This means quickly grasping what a prospect needs and how we can deliver it, then providing the sales team with the information they need to present this in a compelling way. Speed matters here: a sharp, well-evidenced strategic view early in the process is often what wins the work.

5. Hands-on strategic work

Alongside the big-picture strategy, you’ll carry out both routine and in-depth strategic work for your clients. Routine work includes minor content updates, analysis of existing pages, and handling ad hoc queries and requests from clients; in-depth work includes full-site technical SEO audits, CRO audits, and similar. You’ll need to be comfortable moving between the two, managing your time effectively, and hold yourself to the same high standard on both.

At Ellipsis, we pride ourselves on continuous improvement. As a senior member of the Strategy team, you’ll be right at the heart of how we turn research into recommendations, and will have the opportunity to have a significant impact in shaping and improving our strategic playbook, our tooling, and our processes as we continue to grow. If you’re obsessed with – and skilled in – working out what will actually move the needle for a client, and then making it happen, this could be a dream role for you.

We’re looking for an experienced strategist who can own the direction of a client account and be trusted to make – and defend – the calls that go with it. We’d expect at least 4-5 years of experience in SEO, organic search strategy, or a similar client-facing strategic role, ideally in an agency or consultancy environment. Beyond this, strong analytical skills, a critical eye for data and processes, and the confidence to make a clear recommendation from imperfect data are hard requirements.

You’ll need to be confident in getting up to speed fast on unfamiliar B2B and SaaS topics, and in translating a client’s commercial goals into a programme of search work that will actually deliver against them. Hands-on experience with technical SEO audits and CRO is a strong advantage.

A working understanding of GEO – and a genuine curiosity about how AI search actually works – is expected at this level. But, as we’ve said, we think we currently have a stronger understanding of AI search than almost anyone else! So what we’re really looking for is somebody with a strong fundamental understanding of organic search, but also an eagerness to learn, a willingness to look at problems differently, and the ability to move quickly.

Strong critical thinking is a must-have at Ellipsis! If the data doesn’t support the strategy, or a client is asking for work that won’t move the needle, you’ll need to be confident in saying so – and in proposing a better path. We are looking for candidates who can spot gaps or friction within our current processes and systems, and help drive forward improvements.

As a 100% remote team, we carefully balance collaboration with an environment that enables everyone to do their best work. You’ll communicate with the team through Basecamp (our project management software) and Google Meet, and with clients through Slack, Email, and video calls, so strong communication skills are critical. The majority of the team is located in Europe, and we have clients all over the world. You’ll thus be expected to regularly attend meetings between 9am–5pm GMT, with occasional calls outside these times.

Beyond the above, the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following soft skills:

  • Confident, evidence-led communicator: You can make a complex strategic case simply, to clients and colleagues alike, and hold your ground constructively when it’s challenged.
  • Receptive to feedback with no ego and solutions-oriented: You can take a constructive critique, act on it, and get better. At Ellipsis, continuous improvement is more important than being right.
  • High level of self-awareness, a “people person”: You’ll be dealing with clients and members of the team on a daily basis, so this is an integral part of the role.
  • Self-driven work ethic: You need to be self-motivated, proactive, and see projects through to completion.

Compensation

  • This is a full-time, 100% remote role. You’ll be a full team member, and involved in our team projects, work, and meetups.
  • Competitive salary with pension benchmarked to UK rates and based on experience.
  • ÂŁ38-41k/year salary, depending on experience.
  • 28 days of paid holiday
  • An additional 1 paid holiday day a year with each year of tenure, up to a maximum of 5 additional days.
  • 4-day work week, once a month.
  • Genuinely flexible working.
  • Regular team retreats (~1 per year); last was Istanbul, previously in Edinburgh, Oxford, Madrid, and Budapest.
  • Time and budget for learning and development.
  • Enhanced maternity/paternity leave, and sick pay.

Application process

It’s important we find the best candidate for this position, and our selection process will reflect this. You’ll be required to attend at least three interviews (by video call) and carry out a (paid) freelance project with us before we make an employment offer.

Much of our company Wiki is externally accessible, and you’re encouraged to read through this before applying. We have a very useful guide to our interview process available here. This tells you what we’re looking for and reading this will significantly increase your chance of success!

Please apply through Workable: https://apply.workable.com/getellipsis. We will decide who progresses to the next stage based on the form you submit, your cover letter, and your CV. Please give us a good reason to select you! Taking the time to research the role, what we’re looking for, what we do, and what you can do for us will increase your chance of success. Your cover letter is where you have the space to do this.

Whilst we love AI and sit at the leading edge of its adoption, we want to hear from you rather than from ChatGPT. Your application is where we want to see how you think, in your own words.

The deadline for submission is the end of the day, on 30th September 2026. We’ll be in touch with all candidates following the close of applications.

We do great work for clients and are building an ethical business that lets everyone do their best work. If you think you could be the next person to join our team, please apply!

Marketing Senior Google Ads Specialist | International E-commerce | Remote ASAP at ennovationHUB

Manages Google Ads campaigns across multiple markets and brands, optimizing for ROAS, CPA, and profitability while collaborating with performance marketing, creative, and analytics teams.

Senior Remote Posted about 19 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Description

ennovationHUB is a fast-growing international e-commerce group operating in the home & living category, with a strong focus on furniture. From our hubs in Belgrade, Barcelona, and London, we serve customers across the UK, North America, EU, and APAC.

As we scale toward €160m+ annual revenue by 2027, we are looking for a Senior Google Ads Specialist to join us ASAP and take ownership of the Google Ads performance of one of our brands within our portfolio, with direct accountability for growth, efficiency, and profitability.

This is not a typical agency PPC role focused on managing a handful of campaigns. You will be working inside a multi-brand international e-commerce group with significant advertising budgets, multiple markets, and direct visibility into how your work impacts revenue and profitability.

Google Ads is a core part of our growth strategy. We operate across multiple countries and brands, creating both complexity and opportunity. We are looking for people who enjoy working with large datasets, finding performance opportunities, and continuously improving results through testing, analysis, and execution.

You will work closely with our Head of Performance Marketing, creative team, and data specialists to ensure campaigns are not only performing well today but continue to scale efficiently as the business grows.

  • Take ownership of Google Ads performance for one e-commerce brand across multiple international markets

  • Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and other relevant campaign types

  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, revenue, and profitability

  • Be directly accountable for growth, efficiency, and performance within your portfolio

  • Identify growth opportunities across products, categories, markets, and audience segments

  • Analyse campaign data and turn insights into actionable recommendations

  • Conduct account audits and implement ongoing optimisation initiatives

  • Work closely with developers and analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking and measurement

  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve ad performance and landing page effectiveness

  • Support budget planning, forecasting, and performance reporting

  • Stay current with platform developments, AI-driven advertising features, and industry best practices

  • Contribute to testing strategies and experimentation frameworks that improve long-term account performance

You will not be joining a business that is trying to figure out whether Google Ads works. It already does. Your role is to help us take performance to the next level by identifying opportunities, improving efficiency, and scaling what works. We operate in a competitive e-commerce environment where small improvements can have a significant impact.

You will be working with experienced colleagues who move quickly and care about results. We value people who can think independently, challenge assumptions with data, and take ownership of outcomes. This is not a support role and it is not a reporting role. You will be trusted to make decisions, own results, and have a direct impact on the growth of the business.

Requirements

This role is strictly for candidates with in-house e-commerce experience. Candidates whose primary Google Ads experience comes from agencies, consultancies, or freelance work will not be considered.

We are looking for people who have owned performance outcomes inside an e-commerce business, where success is measured by revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, and long-term growth rather than client management and campaign delivery. You should have experience working directly within a commercial business and be comfortable taking ownership of results, not simply providing recommendations.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns

  • Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads for an e-commerce business, with direct responsibility for performance and profitability

  • Strong experience with Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns

  • Proven experience working as part of an in-house e-commerce team rather than as an agency, consultant, or freelancer

  • Comfortable analysing large datasets and identifying actionable insights

  • Strong understanding of attribution, tracking, and performance measurement

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Merchant Center

  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities

  • Curious, proactive, and focused on continuous improvement

  • Able to take ownership and make decisions independently

  • We are actively pushing AI and automation across the business, so you need to be comfortable working in that direction and not resistant to change

  • Senior, but practical

  • Data-driven without becoming overly theoretical

  • Comfortable taking ownership and making decisions

  • Naturally curious and always looking for performance improvements

  • Focused on outcomes rather than activity

  • Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

  • Motivated by building and scaling rather than simply maintaining campaigns

  • Available to start immediately / ASAP

We are investing in building a stronger presence there and expect it to become an increasingly important location for our team over time. Our wider team is spread across London, Belgrade, Barcelona, Frankfurt, Oxfordshire, Istanbul, and Guangzhou.

The role requires travel approximately every 4-8 weeks to Belgrade, Barcelona, London, or other team locations for planning sessions, workshops, team gatherings, and strategic discussions. While most work is done remotely, we believe that spending time together in person remains valuable, particularly as the company continues to scale.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to play a meaningful role in scaling an international e-commerce business over the coming years.

In Our Culture at ennovationHUB, We Value:

  • Accountability over excuses

  • Execution over talk

  • Clarity over politics

  • Learning through doing

We welcome people from diverse backgrounds. What matters most is doing the work well, taking ownership, and helping the business move forward.

Marketing Senior Organic Search Strategist (Remote, £38-41k) at Ellipsis®

Develops and owns organic search strategy for a portfolio of B2B clients, directing content and technical SEO work while staying ahead of AI search trends.

Marketing Senior Manager, Demand Generation at Prompt EMR

Manages demand generation funnel end-to-end, coordinating marketing, paid media, and BDR teams while tracking performance metrics and optimizing campaigns for qualified demos.

Senior Posted about 19 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product

  • 401k

Marketing Senior Organic Search Strategist (Remote, £38-41k) at Ellipsis®

Develops and executes organic search strategy for a portfolio of B2B clients, balancing strategic planning with hands-on SEO deliverables and AI search optimization.
