Operations Amazon and Marketplace Specialist (In-Office or Remote) at AlgaeCal Inc.

Manages Amazon marketplace listings, inventory, and account health by executing precise updates, optimizing content and keywords, and maintaining operational processes in Seller Central.

Mid Remote Posted about 19 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Sleep better when Seller Central is quiet? You can smell a suppressed listing. You’ve got a sixth sense for trouble. And you’re fluent in Amazon Seller Central. You understand how listings, keywords, ads, and account health work together. And you know that disciplined execution is what drives real marketplace growth. If that sounds like you, you might have what it takes to be our next Ecommerce Marketplace Specialist.

You’ll love working here…

You’ll be supported by good people who know what they’re doing, and given the space to get better without burning out or cutting corners. If you want to operate at the highest level, on real brands, with a team that respects the craft of marketplace work — this is definitely the place for you!

What You Bring to the Table…

Proof you can execute

When we look at your experience, we’ll see more than time spent “working on Amazon.” We’ll see clear evidence that you can own listings, cases, and data with precision. You’ve managed real ASINs, made live listing updates, and understand how small mistakes can turn into big problems. You’re comfortable updating titles, bullets, backend attributes, A+ content, and images. And you’ve got a reputation for always double-checking your work, because you know accuracy matters.

A systems-first operations mindset

You never guess! You work from checklists, SOPs, and clean processes and you’re not afraid to improve them. Case logs are organized. Files are named properly. Deadlines are met without reminders. You spot inconsistencies early and fix them before they escalate into suppressions, rejections, or account health issues.

Real fluency in Amazon Seller Central

Seller Central feels familiar, not intimidating. You know where to find listing quality reports, suppression alerts, account health notifications, and case history. You’re comfortable opening and managing cases end-to-end, providing the right documentation, and escalating strategically when needed — without panic or emotion.

Strong instincts for SEO, keywords, and listing performance

You understand how keywords, content, and conversion work together. You’ve used tools like Helium 10 (or similar) to research and track keywords, update listings responsibly, and monitor changes in rank and traffic. You know the difference between adding keywords and actually improving performance.

Advertising awareness (without black-hat behaviour)

You understand how Amazon ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Amazon DSP) fit into the broader marketplace ecosystem and how each format contributes across the funnel, from keyword-based conversions to brand visibility and retargeting. You can export and organize campaign data accurately, recognize underperforming keywords, ASINs, audiences, placements, or campaigns, and flag issues early. You follow existing structures and naming conventions, and you don’t make “creative” changes to bids, targeting, budgets, or campaign structures without alignment.

Data accuracy you take personally

Spreadsheets don’t scare you. In fact, you care about them being right. Your exports are accurate. Formulas are intact. Dates line up. Formatting is consistent. When someone looks at your report, they trust it — because you’ve already checked it twice.

Calm, collaborative, and low-ego

You work well with Marketplace, Marketing, Creative, and agency partners. You communicate clearly, ask smart questions, and escalate blockers early. You take feedback without defensiveness and adjust quickly. You care more about getting it right than being right.

Detail-oriented under real pressure

Multiple listings. Live campaigns. Tight timelines. You stay organized, keep track of moving pieces, and don’t let things slip. You understand that marketplace work compounds — and that disciplined execution is what keeps everything running smoothly.

Nice to have (but not required)

Experience with Walmart Seller Center or other marketplaces is a plus, as is exposure to regulated or health-related categories where accuracy and compliance matter. If you’ve supported international marketplaces, you’ll also feel at home navigating differences in rules, listings, and execution across regions. None of this is required — it simply means we’ll probably swoon when we meet you!

Now, time to be honest: is this really you? If you’re nodding your head and feeling that flutter of excitement, then we can’t wait to meet you.

Other Qualities You’ll Need

We’re going to insist that you have these 3 qualities:

  • You’re humble–you put the team and others’ needs ahead of your own
  • You’re hungry to learn more
  • You’re people smart–in the sense that you’re a great teammate

The truth is, if you don’t have these qualities you won’t last long with us. So if you’re missing one of them, be honest. Save yourself a lot of headaches and skip to a job posting that is a better fit for you.

What Will You Earn?

We believe in rewarding top talent. So let’s talk about salary once we’ve had the chance to get to know you better. Rest assured, we’re generous and offer above-market pay for the right person. If you bring the skills and experience, we’ll make sure the compensation reflects that.

You’ll also enjoy the following benefits:

  • A generous healthcare package
  • Monthly team events and activities
  • Flexible Stat Holidays with the option to bank days for later use

And above all, you’ll join a team that you’ll never want to leave. Culture is everything to us. Yes, we work extremely hard to change as many people’s lives as possible. But we know how to have fun and reward ourselves too.

How to apply

So, do you have what it takes to become the next member of team AlgaeCal?

Job opportunities like this don’t come along often, and we’ve got a lot to offer our successful applicants. So, to make sure our future Amazon and Marketplace Specialist is the real-deal, will be a great fit, and will thrive at AlgaeCal, we ask a little more than your run-of-the-mill job application:

Operations Payment Operations Analyst at Gusto

Manages payment workflows and resolves operational exceptions across Gusto's payment systems, coordinating with engineering, product, and banking partners.

Mid Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Gusto

At Gusto, we’re on a mission to grow the small business economy. We handle the hard stuff — payroll, health insurance, 401(k)s, and HR — so owners can focus on their craft and their customers. With teams in Denver, San Francisco, and New York, we support more than 500,000 small businesses nationwide and are building a workplace that reflects the people we serve.

All full-time employees receive competitive base pay, benefits, and equity (RSUs) — because everyone who helps build Gusto should share in its success. Offer amounts are determined by role, level, and location. Learn more about our Total Rewards philosophy.

AI is a fundamental part of how work gets done at Gusto. We expect all team members to actively engage with AI tools relevant to their role and grow their fluency as the technology evolves. AI experience requirements vary by role and will be assessed during the interview process.

About the Role:

Payments at Gusto aren’t just infrastructure — they’re the reason people get paid on time, every time. Payment Operations sits within Gusto’s Money team, a cross-functional group spanning Engineering, Product, and Operations that powers money movement across Gusto’s growing product surface: core payroll, contractor payments, international money movement, and new business offerings like PEO.

As a Payment Operations Analyst, you’ll own specific end-to-end payment workflows, resolve exceptions that require real judgment, and help make our systems more reliable and efficient over time. Gusto’s payment surface area is expanding — and this team is at the center of that growth.

This is a role for someone who can shift from investigating a single misfired transaction to coordinating a response on a payment outage affecting thousands — and bring the same rigor to both. You think in systems. You hold partners accountable. You lead with curiosity and embrace AI as a core part of how you work.

You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Accounting, Risk, and CX — and you’ll develop strong day-to-day relationships with Gusto’s bank and payment partners. When something breaks or slows down, you’re the one who drives it to resolution.

Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:

Support the payment lifecycle end-to-end

  • Own the operational layer of specific payment workflows — ACH processing, exception handling, refunds, collection re-debits, reconciliation. When something is off, you investigate, escalate where needed, and see it through to resolution. And when you see a pattern, you push to fix the root cause.

Build alongside Product and Engineering

  • Payment Operations doesn’t just react — we shape how the systems work. You’ll contribute to product specs, surface operational pain points, help define requirements, and participate in launches. You’re a partner in building, not just a consumer of what gets shipped.

Close the loop on customer pain

  • Customer and CX feedback is signal. You actively mine it to identify friction in payment flows, prioritize what matters, and bring those insights into the operational and product conversations where decisions get made.

Think in systems

  • Connect the dots across rails, partners, reconciliation, compliance, and customer experience. When an issue surfaces, you understand how it ripples — and you bring that perspective to cross-functional conversations.

Hold partners to a high standard

  • Work directly with Gusto’s bank and payment partners — domestic and international — to triage issues, resolve escalations, and maintain strong working relationships. You know how to be firm and collaborative at the same time, and you don’t let things sit.

Lead with AI

You use AI as a genuine work partner — to move faster on analysis, draft communications, synthesize data, and automate the repetitive. You’re always looking for the smarter way to get to the answer.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in payment operations, banking operations, treasury operations, or a related role at a fintech or financial institution
  • Working knowledge of domestic payment rails (ACH/Nacha, wires, RTP) and/or international money movement (cross-border transfers, FX, global disbursement networks); experience across both is a strong plus
  • Strong analytical instincts — you look for the pattern behind the problem and can query or structure data to find it (SQL a plus but not required)
  • Experience working with bank portals, payment processors, or reconciliation tools
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both operational and technical counterparts; you can write a crisp Slack to an engineer and a professional escalation to a bank partner
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and taking ownership without waiting for perfect information
  • Eager to build AI into how you work — whether you’re already using it daily or just getting started, you see it as a genuine productivity lever and are committed to developing that fluency
  • Knowledge of relevant compliance frameworks (Nacha operating rules, unclaimed property, money transmission) is a strong plus

Note: The San Francisco office expectations encompass both the San Francisco and San Jose metro areas.

When approved to work from a location other than a Gusto office, a secure, reliable, and consistent internet connection is required. This includes non-office days for hybrid employees.

What this role involves

Who is Boulevard?

Boulevard provides the first and only client experience platform for appointment-based, self-care businesses. We empower our customers to give their clients more of the magical moments that matter most.

Before launching in 2016, our founders spent months interviewing salon managers and working behind front desks to understand their pain points so we could design a modern, user-friendly platform that meets the unique needs of their business. Our roots may be in hair salons, but we are built for the broader self-care industry, including many types of salons, spas, medspa, barbershops, and more. Our technology not only helps our customers survive but thrive. Take a look at how we (and YOU) can make that happen.

We have an insatiable curiosity and embrace experimentation. We believe that simple solutions require the most sophistication, and we design each and every detail to maximize potential, power, and impact. Do our values match? Read through our story and what we value the most.

Our team values and celebrates our diverse backgrounds. Being open about who we are and what we do allows us to do the best work of our lives. We believe in equal opportunity for all, and you should too.

Come do the best work of your life at Boulevard

We are looking for a Support Operations Manager to be the primary owner of operations within the Support organization. In this role you will report to the VP of Revenue Operations as we believe in the power of centralized operations across Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience. You will manage both the day-to-day administration of our tools and processes and the execution of strategic initiatives in partnership with Support leadership.

In this role, you’ll serve as the bridge between Support and Revenue Operations, ensuring alignment across systems, data, and processes. You’ll bring a deep understanding of industry best practices, proactively identify areas for improvement, and implement scalable solutions that empower our Support team to deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience.

What you’ll do here:

  • Own administration and optimization of our Support tech stack (Salesforce, Intercom, Jira), including integrations that enable seamless handoffs, ensuring reliable day-to-day operations while continuously improving system performance.
  • Execute strategy in partnership with Support leadership, translating business objectives into operational processes, workflows, and tool configurations.
  • Design and implement flows that sync data from Intercom and Jira back to Salesforce, giving customer-facing teams visibility into customer interactions and reliable reporting.
  • Design and maintain dashboards in Intercom and Salesforce that measure Support KPIs, and provide high-level and ad hoc reporting/analysis to Support and CX leadership to enable data-driven decisions.
  • Proactively identify and implement automation, workflow improvements, and tooling enhancements, leveraging AI where it drives measurable impact.
  • Collaborate closely with Revenue Operations and cross-functional stakeholders with diverse working styles to ensure consistency in data, tooling, and process design, and to build alignment without direct authority.
  • Support change management, reporting, and Support influx for Boulevard product releases.
  • Maintain clear documentation of processes and workflows in Confluence, scaling operational knowledge across the team.

What you’ll need to thrive:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Support Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders (Director+) within multi-tiered Support orgs, with an understanding of how tiering structures, escalation paths, and management layers shape operational priorities and decision-making.
  • Proven expertise administering and optimizing Support Ticketing platforms and AI chat bots. (Salesforce and Intercom or similar are preferred.)
  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools and integrations across business systems.
  • Strong analytical skills paired with deep fluency in Support metrics, data, and KPIs (e.g. SLA adherence, CSAT, ticket volume/backlog, resolution time). Comfortable continually monitoring data to surface trends, actionable insights, and operational gaps before they become problems.
  • Resourcefulness, ability to research problems, and leverage available resources.
  • Experience presenting on projects, initiatives, and OKRs to cross-functional and senior audiences, translating operational work into clear business impact.
  • Effective project management skills with experience managing cross-functional initiatives, communicating tradeoffs, mitigating risks, and delivering outcomes.
  • Comfortable balancing reactive support requests, operational administration, strategic projects, and ad hoc asks while prioritizing based on business impact.
  • Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn new systems, understand how they fit together, and confidently apply that knowledge to solve business problems.

Key Attributes:

  • Operational Expert - You understand support operations best practices and know how to implement them effectively.
  • Hands-on Owner - You’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves to configure tools, troubleshoot issues, and keep operations running smoothly.
  • Relationship Builder - You align closely with Support leadership and RevOps, work effectively across seniority levels and working styles, and build the trust needed to drive progress without direct authority.
  • Continuous Improver - You proactively identify gaps and bring forward solutions that drive measurable impact.
  • High Accountability - You act like an owner, hold yourself to high standards, and move with speed and accuracy.

Come join us!

Location: Remote (US) - Mountain or Pacific Time

Reports to: Deal Desk Manager

About the Team: The Revenue Operations team at AlphaSense drives productivity and improves efficiency for our account executives, account managers and sales development reps. We create and implement operational reporting & analytics, improve processes, and enable strategic initiatives that impact the revenue organization.  At our core, we are a dynamic team of highly driven self-starters who are passionate about operations and thrive in a fast paced, challenging environment.

About the Role: We’re looking for an Analyst to join our Deal Desk team as we scale. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Legal — helping structure, price, resolve redlines and close deals quickly while setting the foundation for repeatable, auditable processes. You’ll combine hands-on deal support with process design and a growing use of AI tooling to speed up cycle times, and you’ll help define the metrics that show how well the team and our deals are performing.

Who you are:

  • 2+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, FP&A, or a related revenue operations function, ideally at a high-growth SaaS or tech company.
  • Strong grasp of deal structuring, pricing, and contract fundamentals (discounting, ramps, multi-year terms, non-standard clauses).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM (Salesforce). Quoting and/or CLM tools experience is a plus.
  • Curiosity for applying AI tools to operational or deal workflows.
  • Excellent judgment under time pressure
  • Strong cross-functional communicator, comfortable working with Sales, Legal, and Finance.
  • Process-oriented mindset with a bias toward documenting and scaling what works.

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively review inbound deals for structure, pricing, discounting, and terms before they reach approval — flagging risk and inconsistency early rather than after the fact.
  • Serve as a hands-on partner to Sales throughout the deal cycle, answering questions about deal commercials in real time and unblocking deals stuck in review.
  • Apply pricing guardrails and discount frameworks consistently, and escalate exceptions through the appropriate approval path.
  • Partner with Legal and Finance to ensure non-standard terms are reviewed, priced, and documented correctly.
  • Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement in the deal review process — from approval routing to documentation to handoffs between teams.
  • Work with RevOps/Systems teams to embed AI-assisted steps directly into the Deal Desk workflow (CPQ, CLM, CRM).
  • Maintain the core Deal Desk metrics: cycle time, approval turnaround, discount/exception rates, deal desk SLA attainment, and deal quality.

For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed below.

You may also be offered a performance-based bonus, equity, and a generous benefits program.

Base Compensation Range

$105,000—$115,000 USD

AlphaSense is an equal-opportunity employer. We are committed to a work environment that supports, inspires, and respects all individuals. All employees share in the responsibility for fulfilling AlphaSense’s commitment to equal employment opportunity. AlphaSense does not discriminate against any employee or applicant on the basis of race, color, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, religion, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, military or veteran status, disability, or any other non-merit factor. This policy applies to every aspect of employment at AlphaSense, including recruitment, hiring, training, advancement, and termination.

In addition, it is the policy of AlphaSense to provide reasonable accommodation to qualified employees who have protected disabilities to the extent required by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances where a particular employee works.

Title: CPT-11484 Personal & Family Administrative Virtual Assistant

Independent Contractor – CPT-11484 Personal & Family Administrative Virtual Assistant/Business Support VA/Junior-Advanced Level (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

A busy Dubai-based executive is seeking a part-time Personal Assistant Virtual Assistant to help manage family schedules, appointments, household coordination, and recurring personal follow-up.

The client travels frequently and has three children with active schedules, including homeschooling, extracurricular activities, language lessons, and appointments. The VA will help keep everything organized, anticipate scheduling conflicts, coordinate with nannies and household contacts, and make sure important items are followed through without requiring constant direction.

The VA will also provide light support related to the client’s Pilates studio by following up with the Studio Manager for reports and status updates when needed.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

  • Track basic reporting deadlines
  • Organize studio-related information requiring the client’s attention
  • Include key studio items in recurring status summaries
  • Escalate operational issues to the client rather than independently managing the business

Weekly Organization

  • Provide a concise weekly summary of personal and studio items requiring attention
  • Highlight upcoming appointments, unresolved items, schedule conflicts, and pending decisions
  • Maintain an organized list of open follow-ups and next steps

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.
