SUMMARY

The Customer Success Representative Level I ensures that customers receive wonderful customer service in all aspects when taking care of the customers. This includes any and all customers that are calling in to inquire regarding potential vehicle purchases, refinances or questions regarding open applications and so forth. Customer Success maintains all overflow through TSG phone systems and is the start of the TSG journey for all our customers throughout all of its brands. Customer Success Representatives Level I are required to answer all phone calls received, respond to customer inquiries, complete customer applications either over the phone or via text/email, and send emails to the correct corresponding departments as needed to resolve customer complaints. This includes internal transfers as well as maintaining Legal and Compliance concerns when completing applications as well.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include achieving positive results in the following key areas:

  • Understand and demonstrate principles of The Savings Group’s Mission, Vision, and Values.

  • Document all account, contact, and activity information into various systems.

  • Answer calls from internal and external sources, while providing a world-class customer service experience.

  • Complete applications by utilizing various systems to obtain the necessary information and consent.

  • Manage inbound and outbound communication by email, phone and/ or text to customers to complete applications.

  • Ensure to send communications to the correct departments when the customer calls in for something that goes beyond the scope of what you are able to assist with (i.e, titles issues, escalations, payoff issues, loan specialist request etc..)

  • Consistently respond to auto finance inquiries in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.

  • Meet all metrics and standards set forth by management.

  • Additional duties as required.

  • Education: High School diploma is required. One (1) year of customer service-related experience in a call center preferred.
  • Experience: Experience in inside phone sales, telemarketing, quality assurance or customer service experience with auto finance companies or, car dealerships.

What will you do at Presence:

District Coordination & Ownership

The Credentialing Associate owns the recurring maintenance, renewal, and offboarding workflows that keep Pair Team’s providers compliant and active with payers. Partnering closely with the Senior Credentialing Specialist, this role manages deadline-driven cycles - including but not limited to license renewals, compliance monitoring, CAQH management, and payer enrollments, covering revalidations, recredentialing, and demographic updates. What You’ll Do

  • Track renewal deadlines for all active NP, MD, and RN licenses; prompt clinical staff to initiate renewals ahead of expiration and track completion

About the Opportunity

Pair Team is building a team of deeply passionate individuals ready to change primary care operations for those who need it most. The Referral Coordinator serves as the scheduling backbone of Pair Team’s care coordination model, working behind the scenes to ensure patients receive timely, coordinated care through effective management of all referral and scheduling processes. This role collaborates closely with Case Managers, providers, and health plans to ensure smooth transitions between services while maintaining clear communication and HIPAA compliance throughout.

This role is 100% remote; however, candidates must be based in the United States. Please note that we currently require all team members in this role to work PST hours.

What You’ll Do:

Own key Ops Support initiatives

  • Process, track, and coordinate patient referrals to ensure timely scheduling of appointments
  • Schedule PCP, dental, vision, specialist, and transportation appointments for patients
  • Verify patient insurance eligibility and confirm patient’s in-network PCP
  • Coordinate Release of Information (ROI) and Authorized Representative (AR) requests
  • Maintain accurate documentation of communications and referral activities in internal systems
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with care team members to support continuity of care and high-quality patient experiences
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements in referral workflows and scheduling efficiency

What You’ll Need:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations, referral coordination, or appointment scheduling in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Previous experience as a Referral Coordinator, Scheduling Coordinator, or in a healthcare administrative role strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume scheduling and referral workflows while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills with experience navigating multiple systems, calendars, and priorities simultaneously
  • Comfort navigating insurance portals, verifying eligibility, and confirming provider/network information to support timely scheduling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with patients, providers, and care teams professionally and empathetically
  • Proficiency with technology such as Google Suite, Slack, and data tools (e.g., Looker or comparable platforms)
