Engineer Senior Forward Deployed Platform Engineer (m/w/d) at Recare

Senior platform engineer ensures AI infrastructure runs reliably at scale in production, managing deployment pipelines, monitoring, and capacity planning for healthcare AI systems.

Senior Remote Posted about 19 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Description

As one of the leading German HealthTech companies, we are reshaping discharge management – technology-driven, patient-centered, and free from bureaucracy. In addition to our market-leading SaaS platform, we develop AI solutions that radically simplify processes in hospitals and for aftercare providers, relieve healthcare professionals, and refocus attention on patients. Today, we already connect two-thirds of all German hospitals with over 650 rehabilitation clinics and 25,000 nursing and homecare providers. With currently around 100 employees, we continue to grow – and we are looking for people with character who want to help us improve the healthcare system and solve administrative complexity across care journeys in Europe.

Our AI portfolio spans model development through to production inference at scale, in a highly regulated healthcare context. This role exists to make sure that infrastructure runs reliably, scales predictably, and gets AI engineers’ work safely into production.

What to expect

This is what you can expect from us as a Senior Forward Deployed Platform Engineer:

  • Purposeful work – your work keeps our AI portfolio reliable and performant for hospitals and aftercare providers who depend on it daily.

  • Company culture – we believe in flat hierarchies that promote high performance and strong team dynamics. We foster an environment characterized by mutual respect, loyalty, and recognition. Together, we strive for our goals – and expect the same from you.

  • Flexibility – want to pick up your child from daycare? Like to exercise during lunch? We’ll support you. We are a remote-friendly company offering flexible working hours. Workations are also possible by arrangement.

  • Edenred card – which you can use according to your needs.

  • Extra vacation day – so you can celebrate your birthday with your loved ones, you’ll have the day off.

This is how you will make an impact as a Senior Forward Deployed Platform Engineer:

  • Our AI portfolio needs to run reliably and perform well. Thus it has to be properly monitored.

  • Capacity needs planning, support scaling initiatives, and ensure our systems remain stable as the company grows.

  • SageMaker models need to be continuously delivered, following AWS’ best practices.

  • AI engineers need assistance with productionalizing AI workloads end-to-end, from code to container build, and rollouts using optimal deployment strategies.

How we build

We run a modern cloud-native stack to build, ship, and operate AI workloads reliably in a regulated healthcare environment.

  • Cloud: AWS (The European Sovereign Cloud partition)

  • Runtime: Kubernetes and Postgres

  • Inference: Bedrock, SageMaker, ClearML

  • Observability: Datadog, LangFuse, OTEL

  • CI/CD: GitHub Enterprise Cloud with Actions

  • Plus various auxiliary tools for security, compliance and operations: DockerHub, Google as IdP, SonarCloud, VPNs, QuickSight, CDN, Snowflake, ETLs, etc.

Requirements

Requirements

Here’s how we picture you as our Senior Forward Deployed Platform Engineer:

These are the knowledge and skills you need:

  • Experience with AWS (CloudFormation, IAM, ECR, SageMaker, Bedrock, S3, SQS, DynamoDB, RDS, KMS).

  • Experience with Kubernetes (EKS) in production (kustomize, HPA and KEDA based autoscaling).

  • Experience deploying SageMaker models, setting up custom inference containers (HuggingFace and/or OSS model) and endpoints (provisioning, autoscaling, and blue/green rollouts).

  • Familiarity with observability & LLMOps best practices and solutions (Datadog, Langfuse, LLM/GenAI tracing, OTel, CloudWatch).

  • Proficiency in Python, specifically with FastAPI and async task management.

  • Knowing how to set up ML/LLM GPU inference on EKS (GPU-backed instances, Nvidia driver/plugin).

  • Ability to own technical decisions and collaborate directly with other teams.

  • Troubleshooting, RCA, and resolving problems. When things get stressful, you stay cool headed and work through issues step by step, asking for support from SMEs when needed.

  • Preference for writing over talking, resulting in clear, concise, yet complete documentation and asynchronous communications.

  • This is a cross-functional role bridging the gap between applications and the platform. Ability to both explain complex concepts clearly to non-domain experts, and extract information through well-formed questions during verbal communication, is a must.

Bonus points:

  • Healthcare or regulated-domain experience (e.g. ISO 27001, C5).

  • Self-hosting/home lab.

  • Nvidia Triton/vLLM or similar.

  • MLflow, Kubeflow, ClearML, DVC, Vertex AI.

  • Slack and GitHub automations (bots, workflows, apps, etc.).

This will help you decide if you want to join us – our values are:

  • Strong opinions, weakly held. We adapt, negotiate trade-offs, and reconsider decisions when necessary. We don’t stick to one implementation – we re-evaluate and adjust as needed (including throwing away the old one).

  • Pragmatic choice of tools and avoidance of one-size-fits-all thinking.

  • Bringing professionalism and empathy to how you work with others.

  • Strong belief in solid technical fundamentals and preference for understanding and first principles over memorization.

  • Language proficiency (at least English, but the more, the better).

What this role involves

About DonorsChoose

DonorsChoose is an education nonprofit ensuring every US public school student has the classroom resources they need to learn, grow, and thrive.

Founded by a teacher in 2000, DonorsChoose connects educators with a nationwide community of supporters who believe investing in students today will transform tomorrow. Educators request the materials they know their students need, and donors can choose the classroom, community, or cause they want to support. Since our founding, donors have supported 90% of US public schools. Every request is vetted, resources are delivered to classrooms, and donors can see the impact of their support through transparent reporting and updates from students and teachers. Raising $1.9 billion for classrooms, DonorsChoose has earned top ratings from Charity Navigator, GuideStar, and CharityWatch for its transparency, trust, and impact. Our dedicated team works from across the United States to turn resources into opportunities for students and teachers.

About the Finance Team

The Finance, IT, & Procurement team provides the infrastructure and stewardship that keep DonorsChoose financially strong, technologically enabled, and focused on getting resources into classrooms. The team manages the day-to-day finances while shaping long-term strategies, ensures our distributed workforce has the technology and systems to work seamlessly, and manages vendor relationships. Together, these functions turn financial resources into tangible materials in the hands of teachers and students.

About the Role

DonorsChoose is seeking a tactical, collaborative Strategic Finance Director who will report to the VP, Finance & Accounting.  You will work closely with senior leaders to provide insights that drive growth, optimize resource allocation, shape cash and margin decisions, and enhance financial performance across the organization. This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who thrives at the intersection of financial analysis and strategic decision-making.  We are looking for candidates who have deep scenario planning and modeling experience – who are able to analyze financial data, build financial models, generate financial forecasts and play a key role in driving business decisions.

About a third of your time will be dedicated towards budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting activities as needed while maintaining primary focus on strategic finance and decision support.

Success in this role requires equal parts analytical rigor, curiosity, creativity, and business judgment. You’ll build sophisticated financial models from scratch, pressure-test assumptions, synthesize information from multiple sources, and communicate recommendations that help leaders make better decisions. You’ll thrive if you enjoy moving between spreadsheets and strategy conversations and are equally comfortable diving into the details and presenting the story behind the numbers.

Responsibilities

Financial Modeling & Business Analysis:

  • Build and maintain a 3-statement financial model for budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, scenario analysis, and net asset impacts
  • Independently develop ROI analyses and cost-benefit frameworks that shape prioritization decisions and track the end-to-end lifecycle of initiatives from investment through post-launch impact measurement
  • Influence decision-making across senior leaders with actionable financial insights to solve key business challenges and position our organization for growth
  • Partner across the organization to evaluate deal economics, optimize margins, and improve efficiency
  • Communicate  executive-ready analyses, dashboards, and Board materials that translate complex financial information into meaningful business insights

Budget & Forecast Management:

  • Lead critical FP&A processes, including annual budgeting process, recurring forecasts, month-end reporting, and preparation of financial reporting for senior leadership and Board presentations

  • Improve and automate FP&A processes, systems, and reporting as the company scales by using modern tooling (including AI-enabled solutions) to improve speed and accuracy

  • Guide senior leaders on resource allocation and strategic decisions, occasionally presenting at leadership meetings and playing a critical role in influencing change across cross-functional workstreams

  • Manage vendor renewal calendars and ensure no material contracts auto-renew without review

Special Projects:

  • Support the build-out of an internal procurement process, one that establishes a centralized function for spend management, contract reviews, vendor selection, and purchasing process.
  • Own mission-critical initiatives such as an updated pricing strategy to optimize our margins

Qualifications

  • Have 8+ years of related work experience in strategic finance, FP&A, corporate development, management consulting, investment banking, private equity, accounting, or another discipline responsible for financial forecasts and analysis
  • Enjoy turning ambiguity into structured analysis and actionable recommendations.
  • Build trusted relationships across functions and know how to influence without formal authority.
  • Have built sophisticated financial models from scratch—not simply maintained existing models.
  • Are naturally curious, ask thoughtful questions, and are comfortable challenging assumptions with data and sound judgment.
  • Communicate complex financial concepts in ways that help non-finance leaders make informed decisions.
  • Problem solver who is comfortable diving into complex scenarios
  • Balance confidence with humility—you have a point of view but remain open to new information and perspectives.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable embracing new systems and tools
  • Care deeply about education and share our organization’s commitment to racial and economic equity in America’s public schools
  • Experience working with Adaptive Insights or another cloud-based financial planning software
  • Comfortable with intermediate Excel/Google Sheet functions (pivot tables, lookup functions, graphs/tables)

Level Expectations

The Strategic Finance Director will independently lead complex analytical work that influences organizational financial strategy and executive decision-making. They own sophisticated financial modeling efforts, develop recommendations with limited direction, and regularly partner with senior leaders across the organization.

While this role does not include direct people management responsibilities, the Strategic Finance Director is expected to exercise significant independent judgment, influence cross-functional decisions through expertise and credibility, and raise the overall quality of strategic financial thinking across DonorsChoose.

Successful team members take work nearly to completion independently, seek thoughtful input at key decision points, and communicate recommendations with clarity, confidence, and sound business judgment.

Compensation & Benefits

Our compensation philosophy ensures that we are both externally competitive with tech-forward nonprofits of a similar size and internally fair in our pay practices. The following ranges represent the target offer range given the scope and experience expectations for this role.

  • The hiring salary range for this role is $109,180 - $125,660
  • We have a hiring salary range of $121,540- $142,000 for specific higher cost of labor locations, which include New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, Boston, and Washington, D.C.

Once employees are hired, everyone at DonorsChoose is eligible to receive annual performance-based raises as they grow in their role. We are open to a variety of experiences, and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced or more senior than this job description as posted. If you don’t check every box listed here, or you know you’d bring additional experience to the table, we hope you’ll submit your application.

In addition, we offer full-time staff 25 paid vacation days per year and 11 paid holidays, a rich employer-paid individual and family health plan, a matching 401(k) plan (up to 5% of base salary), annual professional development stipend, and casual and flexible work environment. DonorsChoose participates in E-Verify. We will provide the U.S. Social Security Administration (SSA) and, if necessary, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) with information from each new employee’s Form I-9 to confirm work authorization.

Marketing Senior Organic Search Strategist (Remote, £38-41k) at Ellipsis®

Develops and executes organic search strategies for B2B clients, combining SEO expertise with AI search optimization to drive client acquisition and performance.

Senior Remote Posted about 19 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Ellipsis is emerging as a market leader in “GEO” for B2B technology companies. This is a high-impact, varied role in a fast-moving and ambitious agency.

The transition to AI search has put a lot of the SEO industry on the back foot. Ellipsis has always been consultative/strategic in our approach; we started building AI search products in 2021 on GPT-2, and thus this has been a time for us to thrive.

Today, we think we have a better understanding of AI search than almost anyone else. We have the tracking product (built in-house), the data (~25 million AI answers for analysis, with more tracked weekly), and the execution end-to-end from strategy, to writing, to in-house design, to optimization, and performance reporting.

As our newest Senior Organic Search Strategist, you will own the organic search strategy for your own portfolio of clients: deciding what work we do, when we do it, and why. You’ll be a strategic partner who understands each client’s goals, requirements, and position in the market, and who turns that understanding into a programme of work that our Content, Writing, and Design teams can execute – and that actually helps the client win.

We have an increasingly varied (and growing) portfolio of clients, and are adding a second senior strategist to the team to support that growth, provide our sales team with more strategic support with prospective clients, and continue improving our understanding and execution of AI search strategy. It is an exciting time to join us.

What you’ll do

The Senior Organic Search Strategist role is varied, fast-paced, and requires excellent strategic judgement. You’ll be responsible for a mixture of big-picture strategy across your client portfolio and hands-on strategic deliverables – everything from minor content updates to full-site technical SEO audits – giving you both the perspective to set direction and the depth to know exactly what it takes to execute it.

Ellipsis’ understanding of AI search is cutting edge, and we have proven experience of ensuring our clients win. The heart of this role is doing just that – you’ll own the organic search strategy for a portfolio of clients, and shoulder the responsibility for ensuring we recommend and execute the right work, at the right time, for each of them.

Our Content Managers own day-to-day client relationships and delivery, but you’ll join client calls alongside them to present strategy, explain performance, and make the case for a course of action. You’ll need to be confident building a clear, evidence-based argument, presenting it to multiple stakeholders, and handling challenge or pushback appropriately live on calls.

In practice, the role breaks down into five areas:

1. Owning client strategy

You’ll plan – and ensure we effectively execute – GEO strategies for your portfolio of clients. This starts with deeply understanding each client: their goals, their requirements, their position in the market, and how we can help them win. From there, you’ll translate that understanding into a clear programme of work, brief it into our Content and Writing teams, and keep it pointed at the outcomes the client actually cares about.

We are strategic partners to our clients, not the type of agency where the answer is always “do more content”. A large part of your judgement will go on knowing when to stick with an established strategy and when to pivot – and on being able to explain that reasoning to the client either way.

2. Piloting our technology

Ellipsis has built its own proprietary technology for AI search, and our strategists are its primary pilots. You’ll use our tooling day-to-day to identify the right work for each client at the right time, and you’ll be expected to feed back on what works (and what doesn’t) so we can get better faster. The tooling does the groundwork; your judgement is what turns its output into a recommendation worth making.

3. Driving performance

You’ll be across performance for every client in your portfolio – not just reporting on it, but proactively driving forward the optimizations that will improve it. When a page underperforms, a competitor moves, or an AI engine changes how it cites, you’ll be the first to spot it and the one with a plan for what we do next.

4. Supporting our sales team

You’ll support our sales team with strategic data and analysis for prospective new clients. This means quickly grasping what a prospect needs and how we can deliver it, then providing the sales team with the information they need to present this in a compelling way. Speed matters here: a sharp, well-evidenced strategic view early in the process is often what wins the work.

5. Hands-on strategic work

Alongside the big-picture strategy, you’ll carry out both routine and in-depth strategic work for your clients. Routine work includes minor content updates, analysis of existing pages, and handling ad hoc queries and requests from clients; in-depth work includes full-site technical SEO audits, CRO audits, and similar. You’ll need to be comfortable moving between the two, managing your time effectively, and hold yourself to the same high standard on both.

At Ellipsis, we pride ourselves on continuous improvement. As a senior member of the Strategy team, you’ll be right at the heart of how we turn research into recommendations, and will have the opportunity to have a significant impact in shaping and improving our strategic playbook, our tooling, and our processes as we continue to grow. If you’re obsessed with – and skilled in – working out what will actually move the needle for a client, and then making it happen, this could be a dream role for you.

We’re looking for an experienced strategist who can own the direction of a client account and be trusted to make – and defend – the calls that go with it. We’d expect at least 4-5 years of experience in SEO, organic search strategy, or a similar client-facing strategic role, ideally in an agency or consultancy environment. Beyond this, strong analytical skills, a critical eye for data and processes, and the confidence to make a clear recommendation from imperfect data are hard requirements.

You’ll need to be confident in getting up to speed fast on unfamiliar B2B and SaaS topics, and in translating a client’s commercial goals into a programme of search work that will actually deliver against them. Hands-on experience with technical SEO audits and CRO is a strong advantage.

A working understanding of GEO – and a genuine curiosity about how AI search actually works – is expected at this level. But, as we’ve said, we think we currently have a stronger understanding of AI search than almost anyone else! So what we’re really looking for is somebody with a strong fundamental understanding of organic search, but also an eagerness to learn, a willingness to look at problems differently, and the ability to move quickly.

Strong critical thinking is a must-have at Ellipsis! If the data doesn’t support the strategy, or a client is asking for work that won’t move the needle, you’ll need to be confident in saying so – and in proposing a better path. We are looking for candidates who can spot gaps or friction within our current processes and systems, and help drive forward improvements.

As a 100% remote team, we carefully balance collaboration with an environment that enables everyone to do their best work. You’ll communicate with the team through Basecamp (our project management software) and Google Meet, and with clients through Slack, Email, and video calls, so strong communication skills are critical. The majority of the team is located in Europe, and we have clients all over the world. You’ll thus be expected to regularly attend meetings between 9am–5pm GMT, with occasional calls outside these times.

Beyond the above, the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following soft skills:

  • Confident, evidence-led communicator: You can make a complex strategic case simply, to clients and colleagues alike, and hold your ground constructively when it’s challenged.
  • Receptive to feedback with no ego and solutions-oriented: You can take a constructive critique, act on it, and get better. At Ellipsis, continuous improvement is more important than being right.
  • High level of self-awareness, a “people person”: You’ll be dealing with clients and members of the team on a daily basis, so this is an integral part of the role.
  • Self-driven work ethic: You need to be self-motivated, proactive, and see projects through to completion.

Compensation

  • This is a full-time, 100% remote role. You’ll be a full team member, and involved in our team projects, work, and meetups.
  • Competitive salary with pension benchmarked to UK rates and based on experience.
  • ÂŁ38-41k/year salary, depending on experience.
  • 28 days of paid holiday
  • An additional 1 paid holiday day a year with each year of tenure, up to a maximum of 5 additional days.
  • 4-day work week, once a month.
  • Genuinely flexible working.
  • Regular team retreats (~1 per year); last was Istanbul, previously in Edinburgh, Oxford, Madrid, and Budapest.
  • Time and budget for learning and development.
  • Enhanced maternity/paternity leave, and sick pay.

Application process

It’s important we find the best candidate for this position, and our selection process will reflect this. You’ll be required to attend at least three interviews (by video call) and carry out a (paid) freelance project with us before we make an employment offer.

Much of our company Wiki is externally accessible, and you’re encouraged to read through this before applying. We have a very useful guide to our interview process available here. This tells you what we’re looking for and reading this will significantly increase your chance of success!

Please apply through Workable: https://apply.workable.com/getellipsis. We will decide who progresses to the next stage based on the form you submit, your cover letter, and your CV. Please give us a good reason to select you! Taking the time to research the role, what we’re looking for, what we do, and what you can do for us will increase your chance of success. Your cover letter is where you have the space to do this.

Whilst we love AI and sit at the leading edge of its adoption, we want to hear from you rather than from ChatGPT. Your application is where we want to see how you think, in your own words.

The deadline for submission is the end of the day, on 30th September 2026. We’ll be in touch with all candidates following the close of applications.

We do great work for clients and are building an ethical business that lets everyone do their best work. If you think you could be the next person to join our team, please apply!

Data Analytics Senior Manager, Business Strategy & Intelligence at InMarket

Senior Manager analyzes business data to uncover insights, develop recommendations, and inform strategic decisions for executive leadership across products, customers, and markets.

Senior Remote Posted about 19 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Job title: Senior Manager, Business Strategy & Intelligence

Location: Remote

About InMarket

Since 2010, InMarket has been a leader in 360-degree consumer intelligence and real-time activation for thousands of brands. Our data-driven platform helps brands build audiences, activate media, and measure performance. Our proprietary Moments offering and LCI attribution platform help clients understand and improve marketing performance.

About the Role

InMarket is looking for a Senior Manager, Business Strategy & Intelligence to help leadership understand what is happening across the business, why it is happening, and what we should do next.

This is a newly created role for someone who is naturally curious, highly analytical, and commercially minded. You see a number move and want to understand why. You ask the next question when the first answer doesn’t make sense. You connect data across products, customers, markets, and teams to uncover insights and develop a clear point of view.

Working directly with the CFO and senior leaders, you will take ambiguous business questions from question → analysis → insight → recommendation → executive conversation. You won’t own the execution of every recommendation, but you will own the quality and clarity of the thinking behind it.

Your daily impact as a Senior Manager, Business Strategy & Intelligence

  • Understand the business: Develop a deep understanding of our products, customers, revenue model, and go-to-market motion, and identify the questions that matter most.
  • Analyze performance: Use data to understand product adoption, revenue, customer behavior, win/loss patterns, pricing, retention, expansion, and other business drivers.
  • Solve ambiguous problems: Structure complex questions, determine what needs to be known, investigate the data, identify root causes, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Inform strategy: Evaluate product, pricing, packaging, customer, GTM, and investment opportunities and help leadership determine where to invest, change direction, or test something new.
  • Understand customers and the market: Identify shifts in customer behavior, competitive positioning, product demand, and market dynamics and translate them into business implications.
  • Build a test agenda: Identify opportunities to test new ideas and define success measures before a test begins.
  • Make analysis repeatable: Automate recurring analysis and workflows so the organization can access important insights without starting from scratch.
  • Close data gaps: Partner with Informatics to identify important questions we can’t currently answer and determine what data or instrumentation is needed.

The questions you’ll help answer include: What’s driving growth? Why are we winning or losing business? What is driving customer behavior? What should we change about our product, pricing, or GTM approach? Where should we invest more or less? What should we test next?

What Success Looks Like

90 days: You understand our products, customers, business model, and key performance drivers; establish a prioritized set of business questions; and deliver your first strategic recommendation.

6 months: Leadership relies on a repeatable analytical cadence to understand performance, identify opportunities and risks, and inform decisions.

12 months: Your work has influenced meaningful decisions across product, pricing, customers, GTM, or investment — and you’ve built repeatable processes that continue to create value.

Your Experience & Expertise

  • 7–10 years of experience in strategy, business operations, management consulting, product strategy, strategic analytics, or a related field, including meaningful experience inside an operating company.
  • Strong understanding of how products, customers, revenue, and go-to-market connect, ideally in a data-driven B2B environment.
  • Proven ability to take an ambiguous business problem, structure it, analyze the underlying data, and develop a recommendation.
  • Strong SQL and analytical skills with a willingness to get into the data yourself. Experience with modern BI tools, BigQuery, and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Strong product curiosity and commercial judgment. You care about why the numbers look the way they do and whether an insight should actually change a business decision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting your own analysis and recommendations to senior executives.
  • Comfortable working independently in a lean environment and owning the question, analysis, and recommendation.
  • Experience using AI as part of your everyday analytical workflow.
  • Experience in adtech, martech, measurement, SaaS, or another data-driven B2B business is a plus.

AI-Native by Design

AI should be part of how you work every day; from research and SQL to data analysis, synthesis, and workflow automation. The goal isn’t simply to work faster; it’s to create more capacity for the judgment-intensive work of asking better questions, connecting information, identifying patterns, and determining what they mean for the business. We expect rigor: executive-facing analysis must be traceable to its source, and AI-generated work must be validated before it informs a recommendation.

How This Role Works

You will report directly to the CFO and work across Product, Sales, Marketing, Informatics, Finance, and other functional leaders.

You will have significant autonomy in determining which questions are worth pursuing and how to approach them. You are responsible for the insight and recommendation, while the relevant functional teams own execution.

This is not FP&A, a reporting role, a pure data analytics role, or a program management role. The focus is business strategy; using data and product knowledge to understand what is happening, determine why, and recommend what should happen next.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Competitive salary, stock options, flexible vacation
  • Medical, dental and Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
  • Company Matched 401(k)
  • Unlimited PTO (within reason)
  • Talented co-workers and management
  • Agile Development Program (For continued learning/professional development)
  • Paid Paternity & Maternity Leave

For candidates in California, Colorado, New York City, Illinois, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, and Massachusetts, the Targeted Base Salary Range for this role is $125,000 -$150,000.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to work experience, specialized skills and training, performance in role, business needs, and job requirements. Base salary is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Base salary is just one component of InMarket’s total rewards package that also may include bonus, equity, and benefits.  Ask your recruiter for more information!

At InMarket we are committed to a culture that supports diversity, inclusion, belonging and equal opportunity. We celebrate all people and believe everyone deserves respect regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, backgrounds, experiences, abilities or beliefs.

InMarket is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE). Qualified applicants are considered for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, or veteran status.

Marketing Senior Google Ads Specialist | International E-commerce | Remote ASAP at ennovationHUB

Manages Google Ads campaigns across multiple markets and brands, optimizing for ROAS, CPA, and profitability while collaborating with performance marketing, creative, and analytics teams.

Senior Remote Posted about 19 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Description

ennovationHUB is a fast-growing international e-commerce group operating in the home & living category, with a strong focus on furniture. From our hubs in Belgrade, Barcelona, and London, we serve customers across the UK, North America, EU, and APAC.

As we scale toward €160m+ annual revenue by 2027, we are looking for a Senior Google Ads Specialist to join us ASAP and take ownership of the Google Ads performance of one of our brands within our portfolio, with direct accountability for growth, efficiency, and profitability.

This is not a typical agency PPC role focused on managing a handful of campaigns. You will be working inside a multi-brand international e-commerce group with significant advertising budgets, multiple markets, and direct visibility into how your work impacts revenue and profitability.

Google Ads is a core part of our growth strategy. We operate across multiple countries and brands, creating both complexity and opportunity. We are looking for people who enjoy working with large datasets, finding performance opportunities, and continuously improving results through testing, analysis, and execution.

You will work closely with our Head of Performance Marketing, creative team, and data specialists to ensure campaigns are not only performing well today but continue to scale efficiently as the business grows.

  • Take ownership of Google Ads performance for one e-commerce brand across multiple international markets

  • Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and other relevant campaign types

  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, revenue, and profitability

  • Be directly accountable for growth, efficiency, and performance within your portfolio

  • Identify growth opportunities across products, categories, markets, and audience segments

  • Analyse campaign data and turn insights into actionable recommendations

  • Conduct account audits and implement ongoing optimisation initiatives

  • Work closely with developers and analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking and measurement

  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve ad performance and landing page effectiveness

  • Support budget planning, forecasting, and performance reporting

  • Stay current with platform developments, AI-driven advertising features, and industry best practices

  • Contribute to testing strategies and experimentation frameworks that improve long-term account performance

You will not be joining a business that is trying to figure out whether Google Ads works. It already does. Your role is to help us take performance to the next level by identifying opportunities, improving efficiency, and scaling what works. We operate in a competitive e-commerce environment where small improvements can have a significant impact.

You will be working with experienced colleagues who move quickly and care about results. We value people who can think independently, challenge assumptions with data, and take ownership of outcomes. This is not a support role and it is not a reporting role. You will be trusted to make decisions, own results, and have a direct impact on the growth of the business.

Requirements

This role is strictly for candidates with in-house e-commerce experience. Candidates whose primary Google Ads experience comes from agencies, consultancies, or freelance work will not be considered.

We are looking for people who have owned performance outcomes inside an e-commerce business, where success is measured by revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, and long-term growth rather than client management and campaign delivery. You should have experience working directly within a commercial business and be comfortable taking ownership of results, not simply providing recommendations.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns

  • Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads for an e-commerce business, with direct responsibility for performance and profitability

  • Strong experience with Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns

  • Proven experience working as part of an in-house e-commerce team rather than as an agency, consultant, or freelancer

  • Comfortable analysing large datasets and identifying actionable insights

  • Strong understanding of attribution, tracking, and performance measurement

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Merchant Center

  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities

  • Curious, proactive, and focused on continuous improvement

  • Able to take ownership and make decisions independently

  • We are actively pushing AI and automation across the business, so you need to be comfortable working in that direction and not resistant to change

  • Senior, but practical

  • Data-driven without becoming overly theoretical

  • Comfortable taking ownership and making decisions

  • Naturally curious and always looking for performance improvements

  • Focused on outcomes rather than activity

  • Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

  • Motivated by building and scaling rather than simply maintaining campaigns

  • Available to start immediately / ASAP

We are investing in building a stronger presence there and expect it to become an increasingly important location for our team over time. Our wider team is spread across London, Belgrade, Barcelona, Frankfurt, Oxfordshire, Istanbul, and Guangzhou.

The role requires travel approximately every 4-8 weeks to Belgrade, Barcelona, London, or other team locations for planning sessions, workshops, team gatherings, and strategic discussions. While most work is done remotely, we believe that spending time together in person remains valuable, particularly as the company continues to scale.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to play a meaningful role in scaling an international e-commerce business over the coming years.

In Our Culture at ennovationHUB, We Value:

  • Accountability over excuses

  • Execution over talk

  • Clarity over politics

  • Learning through doing

We welcome people from diverse backgrounds. What matters most is doing the work well, taking ownership, and helping the business move forward.

Engineer Senior Forward Deployed Platform Engineer (m/w/d) at Recare

Designs and maintains cloud infrastructure for AI models in production, ensuring reliable deployment, scaling, and monitoring across healthcare systems.

Marketing Senior Organic Search Strategist (Remote, £38-41k) at Ellipsis®

Develops and owns organic search strategy for a portfolio of B2B clients, directing content and technical SEO work while staying ahead of AI search trends.

Sales Senior Affiliate Manager at Launch Potato

Manages publisher relationships and affiliate partnerships to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across multiple verticals.

Senior Remote Posted about 19 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

WHO ARE WE?

Launch Potato is the discovery and conversion company. We reach tens of millions of people every month through our brands, including FinanceBuzz, All About Cookies, and OnlyInYourState. We turn that attention into real outcomes for our partners, some of the world’s leading companies.

Our mission: create predictable, high-value customer acquisition at scale by connecting discovery, intent, and performance across category-leading consumer brands in finance, travel, and entertainment.

We run profitable and bootstrapped, with a South Florida HQ and a remote-first team across 18 countries.

WHY JOIN US?

You own outcomes here, not tasks. We measure work by impact, not activity. The pace is real, and change is constant, so the people who do best turn change into opportunity instead of waiting for it to settle. Feedback runs direct and lands with respect. Ordinary people make themselves extraordinary at Launch Potato.

This role is US remote. You will need to sit in a state where we are registered to do business, which the recruiter will confirm with you early.

Why This Seat

Our publisher book is growing faster than the team can reach it, and this seat exists to close that gap. You will carry a margin number from the start, own your accounts end to end, and ramp in weeks rather than quarters.

Room to build, not inherit. Publishers are arriving faster than we can onboard them, so the accounts you grow are ones you shaped rather than ones handed to you finished.

Multiple verticals, not one. Insurance, personal finance, and our wider partner network. Most affiliate manager seats narrow over time until you are the person who does one thing. This one is built to broaden. You start where you are strongest and pick up the rest as you go.

Our own offers behind you. You are not selling inventory a publisher has already seen from four other networks. That changes how the conversation goes.

What You’ll Bring

  • Four or more years managing publishers in affiliate. Direct publisher or partner management for an advertiser or a network.
  • A margin or revenue number you personally owned. You can name it, name where it started, and name what you changed.
  • A regulated vertical. Insurance, credit, lending, health, or personal finance, and the judgment that comes with working inside real constraints.
  • You treat a no as incomplete information. When an opportunity stalls on compliance, you find out precisely what blocked it, then work both sides reshaping the partner’s assets, or making the case internally where the rule allows room. You don’t abandon good opportunities and you don’t wait for someone else to solve them.
  • Tracking platform fluency. You are comfortable in a performance platform and you can tell when the data is lying. We use Tune, with IntegriShield and Lashback on the compliance side. If you learned somewhere else, that is fine.
  • Proactive optimization. You read the reporting, you see where a partner could scale or optimize, and you act. Spotting it is not the skill. Doing something about it is.

Nice to Have

  • Depth of relationship in insurance specifically
  • More than one regulated vertical
  • Experience across both direct publisher relationships and network distribution

What You’ll Own

  • Your publishers, end to end. The relationship, the opportunities, the scaling, the results.
  • The margin on your book. You will have a number. You will know where you are against it.
  • A book that stays diversified. If one partner going quiet takes half your margin with it, the book is built wrong. Managing that risk is part of the job, not something you do once it becomes urgent.
  • Compliance, before it becomes a problem. You monitor partner traffic actively and catch the issue while it is still small, then raise it with the partner directly.
  • The relationship itself. Not just answering when a partner writes. Keeping them warm, keeping them moving, keeping them glad they work with us.
  • What you learn, shared. We have a weekly session on what is working, and people flag things in between without being asked. That exchange is how this team gets better, and it only works if everyone puts in.

What Great Looks Like

  • In 90 days, you know our offers, our platform, and your partners. You have had your first real optimization conversation with a publisher and it moved a number.
  • In 6 months, you are running your book independently and pacing against your margin target, and you have started picking up the verticals you did not arrive with.
  • In 12 months, you have driven $500,000 in incremental margin, your book survives a partner going quiet, and someone else on the team is running a play you figured out.

This Isn’t the Right Seat If You

  • Want a book that is already built and a slow quarter to learn it
  • Treat compliance as a wall rather than a problem to solve internally and externally
  • Prefer to specialize narrowly and stay there
  • Margin at or below $200,000 in a single year. No direct affiliate publisher management.

Total Compensation

Base salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies based on Launch Potato’s Levels Framework. Your compensation package includes a base salary, profit-sharing bonus, and competitive benefits. Launch Potato is a performance-driven company, which means once you are hired, future increases will be based on company and personal performance, not annual cost of living adjustments.

Want to accelerate your career? Apply now!

Marketing Senior Organic Search Strategist (Remote, £38-41k) at Ellipsis®

Develops and executes organic search strategy for a portfolio of B2B clients, balancing strategic planning with hands-on SEO deliverables and AI search optimization.

Senior manager analyzes business data to uncover insights, answer strategic questions, and provide recommendations to executive leadership on product, revenue, and market opportunities.
