Leads DevOps and SRE teams to build reliable, scalable, and secure AWS-based production infrastructure while spending 20-30% time on hands-on architecture and tooling work.

Lead Remote Posted about 8 hours ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: Remote, United States

Director of Production Engineering

Remote, United States

About this Position

Are you passionate about building the reliability, automation, and security foundations that let engineering teams move fast with confidence? At Legion, we are seeking a Director of Engineering, DevOps & SRE to lead the teams responsible for the availability, scalability, and security of our production environment. Our production infrastructure runs on AWS, leveraging services such as EKS, RDS, and a broad set of AWS-native technologies. You will partner closely with engineering and IT to build resilient systems, drive operational excellence, and ensure our platform meets the highest standards of security and compliance.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll spend ~20-30% of your time contributing directly to architecture, tooling, and incident response, and the rest driving vision, roadmap, and cross-team execution.

Responsibilities

  • Hire and build a globally-distributed DevOps/SRE engineering team. Recruit, mentor, and manage engineers, and foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Own the reliability and infrastructure roadmap for our AWS-based production environment, including EKS, RDS, and related AWS services, ensuring scalability, high availability, and cost efficiency.
  • Lead the organization's security operations (SecOps) practice, including vulnerability management, threat detection, incident response, and remediation, to proactively identify and resolve security issues before they impact customers.
  • Define and drive engineering OKRs for infrastructure reliability, automation, and security, and track progress against measurable outcomes.
  • Champion observability and alerting best practices (e.g., Datadog), including automating alert triage and response to reduce mean-time-to-resolution.
  • Solid understanding of agentic AI infrastructure and how AI agentic workflows apply to SDLC and DevOps processes (e.g., automated investigation, remediation, and PR-generation pipelines).
  • Drive Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD, and automation practices to increase engineering velocity and reduce operational toil.
  • Work closely with engineering and IT teams to align on infrastructure standards, access controls, tooling, and compliance requirements across the organization.
  • Ensure the platform meets the highest standards of security, compliance, and data protection; implement and maintain robust security controls and audit-readiness.
  • Lead and participate in the Incident Management on-call rotation, working with SRE and development teams to meet and exceed availability goals.
  • Stay current on cloud, DevOps, and security best practices, and provide technical guidance and thought leadership to the broader engineering organization.

Required Qualifications

  • 8-12 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or production infrastructure roles, including people management experience.
  • Deep hands-on experience running production workloads on AWS, including EKS (Kubernetes), RDS, and other core AWS services (e.g., VPC, IAM, Lambda, S3).
  • Demonstrated experience running security operations (SecOps) — vulnerability management, incident response, and remediation of production security issues.
  • 5+ years of experience leveraging observability platforms (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana) to drive reliability, performance, and alerting improvements.
  • Strong experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD automation.
  • Proficiency in at least one of Go, Python, or Bash, with day-to-day use of Git and test automation pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience operating Linux/Unix production platforms (Amazon Linux, Ubuntu, RHEL/CentOS).
  • Proven track record partnering cross-functionally with engineering and IT teams to align on infrastructure, tooling, and security standards.
  • Demonstrated experience leading incident management and on-call practices for high-availability production systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with major cloud providers beyond AWS, such as Google Cloud Platform or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, AWS Security Specialty, CKS).
  • Experience with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA.
  • 3+ years of experience with Kubernetes or other containerization/orchestration platforms at scale.
  • Experience with Kubernetes-native delivery tooling, including Argo Workflows and Helm.
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams in an agile/scrum environment.
  • Experience building or scaling automated investigation and remediation pipelines for production error classes.

Legion delivers cutting-edge technology in an easy-to-use platform and mobile app that employees love.

If you're ready to make an impact and grow your career, Legion is where you belong. Join us in making hourly work rewarding and fulfilling.

BACKGROUND AND OPPORTUNITY

There are almost 75 million hourly workers in the United States, representing more than half of the entire workforce. Historically, managing hourly employees has been difficult due to high attrition (average of 60%) and high replacement costs (average of $3,200 per employee in retail). The ongoing labor shortage and competition from the gig economy make it more difficult to attract and retain hourly employees. The top reasons hourly employees leave their jobs are a lack of schedule empowerment, poor communication with employers, and an inability to get paid early. Gen Z and the millennial workforce demand gig-like flexibility, modern technology, and compelling work options. Legion’s mission is to turn hourly jobs into good jobs, serving the hourly workers who make up the majority of the US workforce. We believe in empowering employees and helping employers be efficient and innovative by enabling intelligent automation powered by Legion’s Workforce Management platform to optimize labor efficiency and enhance the employee experience simultaneously. Legion WFM was built for the cloud with AI at the core and designed to handle the complexity of modern businesses and meet the needs of today’s hourly employees.  Our team is comprised of dedicated individuals from all backgrounds and experiences, globally distributed across all time zones.

DISABILITY ACCOMMODATION

For individuals with disabilities who need additional assistance at any point in the application and interview process, please email recruiting@legion.co

We have noticed a rise in recruiting impersonations across the industry, where scammers attempt to access candidates' personal and financial information through fake interviews and offers. All Legion recruiting email communications will always come from the @legion.co domain. Any outreach claiming to be from Legion via other sources should be ignored. If you are uncertain whether you have been contacted by an official Legion employee, reach out to recruiting@legion.co

Legion is an equal opportunity employer. All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, religion, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, veteran, disability status, or any other basis covered by appropriate law.

How We Determine What We Pay

As a global employer, Legion determines pay for positions using local, national, and industry-specific survey data. We evaluate external equity and the cost of labor/prevailing wage index in the relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable to jobs within our company. Our posted salary range is based on national data and may be refined for a candidate's region/town/cost of living. For new hires, we strive to make competitive offers allowing the new employee room for future growth. Salaries will be based on the applicant’s location, level of experience, education, and specialized knowledge and skills. Additionally, we consider the external market rate, the amount we have budgeted internally, and internal equity within the company for the same position. An employee/candidate with a stronger skill set will receive higher pay.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.

You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.

This is a remote opportunity and we would be interested in applicants from USA in EST time zones only at this time.

Senior Engineering Manager, Grafana Frontend

The Opportunity:

Grafana is an open-source observability product and a platform that teams and plugin developers build on. The Frontend group shapes its user experience (from dashboards and visualisation to navigation, search and sharing) and the foundations that support engineering teams and community contributors across the Grafana ecosystem.

As Senior Engineering Manager, you’ll lead the Frontend Platform and Navigation squads, owning their performance, delivery and customer outcomes. Frontend Platform enables teams to build reliable, high-quality experiences; Navigation helps users find and organise resources and move confidently through Grafana.

You’ll develop senior engineers, partner with Product and Design, and improve how teams work, including through AI and automation. We use Cloud-first rollout and experimentation to learn quickly, bringing relevant improvements to OSS and Enterprise.

AI Notice: We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction. We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always with strong code review and quality standards. You’ll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Be accountable for the performance of two distributed engineering squads: set clear expectations, delegate effectively, coach and develop each team member, give timely feedback, address performance gaps and build a culture of trust and accountability.
  • Own hiring and team planning across both squads, aligning team capacity and skills with product priorities and longer-term needs.
  • Lead discovery with your squads: engage directly with customers, community members and internal users, combine their feedback with research and usage evidence, and use those insights to shape roadmaps and priorities.
  • Partner with Product, Design and engineering leaders to set priorities, resolve dependencies and make trade-offs between customer needs, long-term investments and operational demands.
  • Own delivery across both squads from discovery through rollout and measurement: set milestones, surface risks early and intervene when commitments are at risk.
  • Use AI regularly in your management work to synthesise research and feedback, inform roadmap and resourcing decisions, and streamline coordination, reporting and follow-through.
  • Improve how the squads plan, make decisions and deliver. Lead the adoption of AI and automation across engineering and operational workflows, evaluating their impact on delivery speed, quality and time spent on repetitive work.
  • Set engineering direction with senior engineers for the frontend foundations owned by your squads, including developer experience, accessibility, architecture, tooling, reliability and multitenant capabilities.
  • Set engineering direction for navigation, search and resource organisation, including where AI-assisted discovery can help users find what they need.
  • Set and uphold engineering standards for quality, security and operability, including how teams evaluate and validate AI-assisted work.
  • Lead improvements across Grafana and R&D that increase engineering productivity and improve business outcomes.
  • Participate in the engineering management on-call rota, coordinate responses and drive improvements that reduce recurring disruption. Regularly use Grafana’s AI capabilities for observability, incident investigation and management, bringing that experience into product feedback and roadmap decisions.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Significant experience managing senior engineers, building healthy teams and developing technical leaders. You give clear feedback and address performance gaps directly and fairly.
  • A strong technical foundation in modern web or frontend systems, enabling you to evaluate technical trade-offs and shape architectural and engineering-quality decisions with senior engineers.
  • A track record of turning ambiguous, cross-team problems into clear priorities and measurable results, managing delivery risks and operational demands.
  • Strong product and customer judgement, with the ability to connect engineering investments to user, developer and business outcomes.
  • Clear, concise written communication and the ability to work effectively in a remote, globally distributed organisation.
  • An appreciation for open-source development and the judgement to balance Cloud-first delivery with the needs of customers, community members and internal teams.
  • Practical experience using AI and automation in your own leadership work, and leading teams to adopt them effectively.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with React, TypeScript or comparable large-scale frontend ecosystems.
  • Experience leading a developer platform team, including support for plugins or extensions.
  • Experience with navigation, search, information architecture or resource-management products.
  • Experience delivering multitenant SaaS or major platform migrations.
  • Experience working on a widely adopted open-source product.

Compensation & Rewards:

In the United States, the Base compensation range for this role is USD 208,602- USD 250,322. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process.

All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs’ success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.

*Compensation ranges are country specific. If you are applying for this role from a different location than listed above, your recruiter will discuss your specific market’s defined pay range & benefits at the beginning of the process.

Project Management Site Reliability Engineering Manager at Onebrief

Leads an SRE team managing infrastructure, observability, and application reliability across DoD and AWS environments, balancing operational support with strategic improvements.

Lead Onsite Posted about 16 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Consequential Work. Dedicated People.

About Onebrief

Onebrief builds collaboration and AI-powered workflow software for military planning and operational coordination.

Military planning is complex by nature, requiring teams to coordinate information, people, and decisions across systems and locations. Onebrief brings planning, collaboration, simulation, and AI into one connected environment, helping teams test strategies, adapt to changing conditions, and make decisions with greater clarity when the stakes are real.

We are a distributed team of builders from military, operational, and technology backgrounds who care deeply about improving how important work gets done. Some team members work remotely, while others work directly alongside customers in operational environments around the world.

Founded in 2019, Onebrief is backed by leading investors including General Catalyst, Battery Ventures, Insight Partners, Sapphire Ventures, and Human Capital. Valued at more than $2 billion, we continue to invest in product innovation, AI capabilities, and team growth.

Security Clearance, Location, and Onsite Notice

This role requires regularly working on-site at customer locations.

If you are not currently within commuting distance, you must be willing to relocate. Onebrief provides relocation assistance.

Active Secret clearance required.

About The Role

We’re hiring a Site Reliability Engineering Manager to lead our SRE team within Infrastructure & Security. You’ll work closely with platform engineering, application engineering, security, and customer success to ensure Onebrief’s mission-critical deployments are reliable, secure, and well supported across on-prem DoD and AWS environments.

You’ll lead a team whose work spans customer-facing operations, infrastructure, observability, automation, and application reliability. Most of the team focuses on deploying and operating Onebrief in demanding customer environments.

You’ll own the team’s priorities, planning, execution, and development. A significant part of this role is coordinating work: understanding demand, balancing capacity, sequencing tasks, managing dependencies, and keeping commitments realistic as customer needs change. You’ll help the team deliver immediate operational support while making steady progress on improvements that reduce future support demands.

You’ll bring the technical grounding to evaluate risks, ask useful questions, and guide decisions. Your engineers will own technical implementation and lead incident response. You’ll provide direction, remove blockers, and create the conditions for them to succeed.

About You

You care deeply about reliability and understand the challenges of operating software in environments where connectivity, access, and deployment options can be constrained. You treat infrastructure and operability as products that deserve clear ownership, thoughtful design, and continuous improvement.

You’re an effective people manager who sets clear expectations, gives useful feedback, and helps engineers grow. You build accountability through clear priorities and meaningful ownership, and you recognize when your team needs direction, support, or room to solve a problem.

You’re comfortable managing a changing workload. You can turn competing requests into an actionable plan, account for operational interruptions, and explain what the team can commit to with its available capacity. You surface tradeoffs early and work with stakeholders to make deliberate decisions about scope and timing.

You bring calm and structure when priorities shift or incidents occur. You support engineers leading the response, help resolve escalations, and coordinate with customer-facing partners. You build a culture where engineers can surface risks early and examine failures honestly.

You have the technical judgment to help the team determine whether a recurring problem needs an infrastructure change, better automation, an application fix, or a clearer process. You bring the right people together to address it and ensure they have time to follow through.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and develop the SRE team: Hire, coach, and support engineers across infrastructure, operations, and application reliability. Set expectations, manage performance, support career development, and build the skills and coverage the team needs.

  • Own capacity and work planning: Maintain a clear view of incoming requests, ongoing support needs, and planned engineering work. Break initiatives into manageable tasks with the team, establish ownership, sequence work, and adjust commitments as priorities or capacity change.

  • Coordinate delivery across teams: Manage dependencies with platform engineering, application engineering, security, and customer success. Identify blockers early, resolve competing priorities, and communicate progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.

  • Set the reliability roadmap: Translate customer needs, production data, incident patterns, and operational risks into a prioritized improvement plan. Protect capacity for work that reduces recurring failures and makes deployments easier to operate.

  • Establish operational ownership: Ensure production deployments have clear support responsibilities, escalation paths, and readiness criteria. Plan with partner teams for new deployments, releases, and ongoing customer support.

  • Support team-led incident response: Establish sustainable on-call coverage and clear incident response expectations. Coach engineers who serve as incident commanders and lead blameless postmortems / After Action Reviews (AARs). Help the team assess corrective actions, assign ownership, and schedule follow-through.

  • Guide technical priorities: Work with engineers and technical leads to evaluate approaches to infrastructure, automation, observability, and application reliability. Ensure plans account for operability, security requirements, and the constraints of on-prem and air-gapped environments.

  • Make reliability and workload visible: Guide the team’s use of SLIs, SLOs, and operational metrics. Use service health, support demand, and delivery progress to explain where investment is needed and whether improvements are working.

  • Reduce operational toil: Give engineers time and support to automate repetitive deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and recovery work. Help turn lessons from individual customer environments into reusable improvements.

What We Look For

  • An active Secret clearance

  • 5+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps, or a related role, with substantial infrastructure and operations experience

  • Experience directly managing engineers, including coaching, performance management, career development, and hiring

  • Experience planning team capacity, prioritizing competing requests, and coordinating engineering work across teams

  • A track record of delivering reliability improvements while managing ongoing operational responsibilities

  • Experience with incident response and post-incident review practices, including helping engineers develop leadership and ownership

  • Technical judgment sufficient to evaluate engineering proposals, understand operational risks, and guide prioritization

  • Clear communication, including the ability to explain constraints and negotiate scope, timing, and commitments with stakeholders

Technical background:

You should have practical experience operating production systems and enough breadth to guide engineers working across these areas:

  • Infrastructure and automation: Infrastructure as Code, configuration management, and scripting, using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Python, Go, or Bash

  • Containers and orchestration: Kubernetes deployment, troubleshooting, and operations

  • Delivery practices: CI/CD pipelines, release safety, and repeatable deployments

  • Cloud and on-prem environments: Operating software across AWS or AWS GovCloud and customer-managed infrastructure

  • Observability: Monitoring, logging, and actionable alerting using tools such as the Grafana stack, ELK, or Datadog

  • Networking and security: Core protocols, secure configuration, and connectivity troubleshooting

  • Application reliability: Working with software engineers to diagnose application failures and evaluate infrastructure or code changes

We value depth in relevant areas and the ability to guide specialists across the rest.

Bonus points (nice to have):

  • Experience leading teams supporting mission-critical customer deployments

  • Experience managing engineering programs or coordinating delivery across multiple customer environments

  • Experience operating in DoD, classified, or air-gapped environments

  • Familiarity with RMF, STIGs, and ICD 503

  • Experience implementing SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets for distributed systems

  • GitOps practices and toolchains

  • On-prem virtualization experience with VMware, Proxmox, Nutanix, Hyper-V, or similar platforms

  • Application development experience, especially TypeScript or Node.js

  • Relevant certifications, such as AWS DevOps Engineer or CKA/CKAD

  • Active Security+ or another DoD 8570.01-approved security credential, or the ability to obtain one within 3 months of employment

Notice to Third Party Recruitment Agencies

Please note that Onebrief does not accept unsolicited resumes from recruiters or employment agencies. In the absence of an executed Recruitment Services Agreement, there will be no obligation to any referral compensation or recruiter fee. In the event a recruiter or agency submits a resume or candidate without an agreement Onebrief explicitly reserves the right to pursue and hire those candidate(s) without any financial obligation to the recruiter or agency. You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.

Engineer Principal Software Engineer at HubSpot

Designs and builds HubSpot's observability platform for distributed systems and AI agents, setting architecture patterns and telemetry standards across hundreds of microservices.

Lead Posted about 16 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

POS-5690

About the Team

The Observability team owns the internal platform that gives every HubSpot engineer real visibility into how their systems behave in production. We build and operate the distributed tracing, metrics, alerting, and logging infrastructure that spans hundreds of microservices, billions of daily events, and thousands of engineers who depend on that signal to ship reliably.

We are now investing in the next generation of this platform. As HubSpot deploys AI agents and ML-powered features across the product, the team is building the tracing and telemetry primitives that make it possible to understand, debug, and trust what those systems are doing in production. This is greenfield, technically interesting work at a scale few companies operate at and we are looking for a Principal Engineer to help lead it.

About the Role

We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer to be the technical anchor for HubSpot’s Observability platform. This role sits at the intersection of large-scale distributed systems, developer platform design, and AI observability. A big part of this role is working horizontally across a large engineering org and setting patterns and standards that make it easier for teams to instrument, alert on, and reason about their services. You will also shape how we trace and understand our growing fleet of AI agents and ML systems in production: a technically distinct and increasingly critical problem.

Key Expectations

  • Observability Platform Architecture: Define the patterns and evolution of HubSpot’s core telemetry platform — distributed tracing, metrics, and structured logging — at a scale that spans hundreds of services and billions of daily events. Set the standards for how instrumentation is done across a large, polyglot engineering organization.
  • AI & Agentic Observability: Lead the technical strategy for tracing and understanding AI agents and ML-powered systems in production. Define the primitives, telemetry standards, and debugging workflows that help product engineers understand what their models and agents are doing — and build trust in those systems over time. This is greenfield and consequential work.
  • High-Cardinality, High-Throughput Systems: Architect telemetry pipelines and storage systems that handle high-cardinality data at high throughput without blowing up cost or query latency. Make principled tradeoffs between sampling, fidelity, retention, and developer ergonomics.
  • Hands-on, High-Leverage Builder: Ship production code. Lead design reviews and take high-impact initiatives end-to-end, from prototype to production system at scale. Stay close to the systems you build and be the person who can debug the hardest problems when they surface.
  • Developer Experience & Adoption: Design the instrumentation APIs and libraries that product engineers reach for, making correct observability the path of least resistance. Drive OpenTelemetry adoption across a large, polyglot codebase. Build the tooling that turns raw telemetry into actionable signal for teams operating at speed.
  • Production Intelligence & Reliability Patterns: Define patterns for SLO/SLI design, alerting philosophy, and how teams graduate from reactive to proactive incident response. Push for simplicity in a domain that wants to get complicated, and consistency where tooling can drift across a large organization.
  • Technical Leadership & Influence: Partner with infrastructure, platform, and product engineering teams to understand their signal gaps and close them. Influence technical strategy alongside engineering leadership, translating observability constraints and opportunities into product and operational decisions. Mentor senior engineers and tech leads, driving thoughtful design decisions and capturing learnings from major incidents and large-scale migrations.

What You Bring

  • Platform-Builder Experience: Proven experience building observability or telemetry tooling for internal engineering teams, rather than simply consuming it. You understand how to architect developer platforms that serve thousands of engineers across a large organization, backed by deep operational instincts and hard-earned expertise.
  • Telemetry Systems Depth: Deep expertise navigating trade-offs in telemetry pipeline design across high-cardinality data, dynamic sampling, query latency, retention economics, and data fidelity. Strong technical fluency with OpenTelemetry, distributed tracing engines, metric backends, and large-scale log ingestion infrastructure.
  • Incident Automation & Operational Excellence: Proven track record linking telemetry signals directly to automated operational workflows. You have designed architecture for real-time telemetry triggers that power automated remediation, dynamic runbooks, or AI-assisted root-cause diagnosis across microservices environments.

Why This Role, Why Now

HubSpot is scaling fast — more engineers, more microservices, more AI systems running in production — and the Observability platform is at an inflection point. The foundations are solid, but the next phase requires a different kind of investment: rethinking cardinality economics, making OpenTelemetry the default across a large polyglot org, and building an entirely new layer of AI tracing that doesn’t yet exist.

This Principal Engineer will have a direct line of sight from the architecture they design to the engineering outcomes we measure: incident response times, adoption rates, developer satisfaction, and the trust that product teams place in their production signal. The AI observability layer in particular is greenfield — there is no playbook to follow, which is exactly what makes this the right moment for the right person.

If you want to build the platform that helps thousands of engineers understand what their systems are doing — including systems powered by AI that are genuinely hard to see inside — this is the role.

Pay & Benefits

The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. • Expert-level coding proficiency — Python, SQL, and ideally Spark/PySpark. You will complete a live coding assessment and a platform build during the interview
  • Deep expertise in enterprise data architecture: distributed systems at scale, streaming/real-time, lakehouse design patterns, data governance frameworks, and cloud-native platforms
  • Expert-level Databricks Platform knowledge (or equivalent depth in competing platforms with demonstrated rapid learning ability)
  • Declared technical specialization with recognized depth — e.g., real-time architectures, ML/AI platforms, data governance, large-scale migrations, or industry-specific solutions
  • Proven track record of driving consumption growth and platform adoption in large accounts
  • Executive presence — ability to influence Directors, VPs, and C-level stakeholders on long-term data and AI strategy
  • Experience leading competitive displacements and complex enterprise evaluations
  • Strong strategic thinking — connecting technical architecture decisions to business outcomes and revenue impact
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline (or equivalent experience); advanced degrees are valued

Nice to Have:

  • Databricks certifications
  • Prior experience at Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Google, Microsoft, or a top-tier data/AI company
  • Published thought leadership (blogs, conference talks, open source contributions)
  • Strategic account expertise with executive-level domain credibility

Product Principal Product Manager at Natera

Principal Product Manager owns end-to-end product strategy and execution for complex genomic profiling software platforms, driving cross-functional alignment and roadmap delivery.

Lead Posted about 16 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Principal Product Manager

Position Summary

Natera is at the forefront of personalized genetic testing, transforming the management of disease worldwide. As we scale our life-saving diagnostics, we are fundamentally transforming how software products are conceived, built, and delivered across our clinical and genomic portfolio.

We are seeking an experienced Principal Digital Product Manager to join our Oncology Comprehensive Genomic Profiling (CGP) Product Engineering team. In this senior individual contributor role, you will serve as the product lead for our most complex platform initiatives — owning end-to-end product strategy and execution across a sophisticated system of interconnected software products.

You will act as the product backbone for our most critical “Pillar” projects. Success in this role demands mastery from three dimensions: partnership with commercial teams to define product strategy/roadmap based on market needs; deep fluency in how end users - lab operations, clinical teams, customer success teams - actually work; and close collaboration with Engineering, R&D, and PMO on product design and delivery. You will synthesize all three into product decisions that hold up end-to-end — from order ingestion through lab execution to patient reporting — ultimately delivering reliable, high-quality solutions that patient care depends on.

Crucially, while this is an individual contributor role, you will operate as a central leader — driving consensus, roadmap alignment, and product excellence through influence rather than formal authority across Engineering, R&D, Commercial, and Clinical teams. You thrive in fluid environments, adapt quickly to change, and chart a clear path forward even amid unknowns.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Vision

•  Define Long-Term Vision: Develop and execute multi-year software product roadmaps for critical business units, balancing rapid prototyping with long-term commercial stability.

•  Architect Complex Solutions: Act as a high-level Architect, translating broad business goals into detailed functional workflows. You are accountable for the cohesion and integrity of the final end-to-end solution.

•  Founder’s Mindset: Champion a culture of high agency and urgency, making quick, data-driven decisions in ambiguous situations to deliver critical milestones in a fast-paced environment.

•  Cross-Functional Influence: Lead by expertise rather than authority, aligning stakeholders across R&D, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Regulatory to ensure the software roadmap meets broader business goals.

Product Excellence & Execution

•  End-to-End Ownership: Lead the full product lifecycle for complex software solutions, ensuring a seamless user journey across various system boundaries — from order ingestion through lab execution to patient reporting.

•  Technical Translation: Serve as the primary domain expert, translating complex scientific, clinical, or technical requirements into robust, scalable software specifications.

•  Operational Immersion: Passionately advocate for internal and external users by regularly shadowing operations and engaging with customers to ensure software solves real-world physical and clinical problems.

•  Systems Thinking: Maintain a “big picture” view of how software systems interact across the entire data lifecycle, understanding how upstream decisions ripple through to downstream clinical and reporting outcomes.

•  Agile Mastery: Lead with the rigor of a seasoned project manager, owning product backlogs and driving Agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.

•  AI-Native Product Development: Pioneer the use of LLMs and generative AI tools to accelerate product discovery, automate requirements synthesis, and continuously improve how we deliver value to users.

Regulatory & Quality Leadership

•  Compliance Champion: Partner with Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure all products comply with relevant global standards and certifications, including FDA design controls, IEC 62304, and HIPAA.

•  Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and mitigate product risks, ensuring robust documentation and compliance without compromising development velocity.

Mentorship & Craft

•  Leveling Up the Org: Mentor and guide Senior Product Managers and cross-functional team members, instilling best practices in product management, agile development, and user-centered design.

•  Culture Building: Foster a product culture of accountability, technical rigor, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

•  Experience: 10+ years of product management experience in high-scale software or biotech environments, with a proven track record of operating at a Director-level seniority.

•  Zero-to-One Track Record: Demonstrated experience building and launching new software products from the ground up in a startup or internal incubator environment.

•  Regulated Industry Expertise: Deep experience in highly regulated environments (e.g., FDA design controls, HIPAA, IEC 62304, or ISO standards). Exposure to HealthTech, MedTech, or genomics is highly advantageous.

•  Technical Aptitude: Strong ability to understand complex technical architectures (APIs, microservices, LIMS, Data Platforms, event-driven systems) and communicate effectively with engineering and scientific teams.

•  AI-Native Fluency: Hands-on experience using LLMs and generative AI tools to accelerate product workflows, requirements generation, or operational insight.

•  Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and influence executive-level stakeholders.

•  Education: BS/MS in a relevant technical, scientific, or quantitative discipline; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

•  High Agency & Technical Initiative: You are a natural builder who thrives in fluid, fast-moving environments. Rather than waiting for requirements to be handed down, you inspect systems, audit user needs, chart a path forward amid unknowns, and drive product decisions proactively.

•  Deep Systems-Level Cognition: You bring expert-level mastery of the system from two dimensions — architectural depth and functional fluency. You can trace how minor changes in upstream services impact downstream clinical reporting, catching product failure modes that only someone who truly knows the system would anticipate.

•  Cross-Functional Leadership through Influence: You operate as a central leader without formal authority — driving consensus, alignment, and product excellence across Engineering, R&D, Commercial, and Clinical teams through technical credibility, communication, and emotional intelligence.

•  User-Centric Validation Ethos: You understand that technically correct solutions are incomplete if the final product degrades the clinical or laboratory operational experience. You rigorously validate that software delivers on its promise for real users.

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.

Marketing Vertical Marketing Manager, Automotive & Emerging SMB Verticals at CallRail

Develop go-to-market strategy and messaging for automotive and SMB verticals, own portfolio performance, and partner cross-functionally to drive growth and positioning.

Lead Posted about 16 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

The Position

CallRail is looking for a lead engagement platform: we show businesses which marketing drives their calls, forms, and chats, and we help them answer, qualify, and route those leads around the clock. We’re looking for a Vertical Marketing Manager to own a portfolio of our emerging markets, with automotive at the center. Think of the role as general manager for that portfolio: you set the strategy, you own the number, and you’re the company’s go-to on these markets.

You’ll build the personas, positioning, and messaging for these verticals, verticalizing our go-to-market narrative for each audience. From there you’ll partner with demand generation, customer marketing, and content on how it comes to life, and work closely with sales, product, and leadership on what we build and say. Expect roughly equal parts strategy and execution.

Automotive is the priority. It’s one of our fastest-growing segments, and the aftermarket — repair and service businesses, tire and quick-service shops, collision centers, and the parts suppliers and retailers who serve them — is where you’ll go deepest. Alongside it, you’ll own a portfolio of our emerging small business verticals. They sit at different stages and require different levels of investment, and determining where to focus is a core part of the role. What connects them is the customer: small businesses that win or lose on the leads they capture.

What You’ll Do

  • You act like an owner. These markets are your line of business. You know their performance, their risks, and their opportunities inside and out, and you carry the accountability that comes with it.
  • You bring an informed point of view. You represent home services in cross-functional and leadership conversations, and your perspective carries weight because it’s grounded in real expertise — what customers are telling you, what the data shows, what competitors are doing.
  • You advocate for what your markets need. You don’t wait for a door to open; you open it. When you see something we need in order to win, you build the case for it, bring the rationale and the numbers, and champion it until it gets a real decision.
  • You go deep. You’re genuinely curious about this industry, its buyers, and the forces shaping it. You want to keep learning, testing, and refining what works.

What You’ll Own

Portfolio strategy and business performance

  • Own the go-to-market strategy across your automotive & other SMB verticals: how we position and message to each audience, and the plan to hit our acquisition and revenue goals
  • Decide where your time and our investment go. These markets won’t all need the same thing, and setting that balance — then making the case for it — is yours to own
  • Live in the numbers that define the health of the business: customers, new MRR, churn, ARPU, conversion rate, and product adoption. You’ll spot emerging trends and issues early, work cross-functionally to understand what’s driving them, and bring a plan when one is needed.
  • Report on performance to leadership with the insight and executive presence to explain what’s changing, what it means, and what you’re doing about it

Automotive market and competitive expertise

  • Be CallRail’s subject matter expert on the automotive aftermarket: the buyers, the workflows, the operational realities, the vendor landscape, and the economics of how these businesses grow
  • Own the automotive buyer personas and the value propositions, positioning, and messaging built on them — the work that differentiates CallRail in an increasingly crowded lead engagement and AI voice market
  • Build the proof that makes our case credible: customer stories, benchmarks, and ROI framing grounded in how these businesses actually operate
  • Track the competitive set continuously: who’s winning, who’s new, where they beat us, where we beat them, and what we should do about it. Feed that intelligence to product, sales, and leadership
  • Regularly surface the headwinds and tailwinds shaping the market and translate them into implications for our strategy
  • Validate market requirements through customer interviews, surveys, win/loss analysis, sales insight, and usage data
  • Be the face of CallRail in the automotive market: trade shows, industry speaking engagements, webinars, panels, podcasts, etc.

Your broader vertical portfolio

  • Own the positioning and messaging for the other emerging small business verticals, scaling the depth to the opportunity.
  • Keep a live read on each: where we’re winning, where we’re losing, and which ones are showing early signs of becoming a bigger bet
  • Size and pressure-test opportunities, in these markets and in ones we haven’t entered: how big, how winnable, what it would take, and what we would have to be right about
  • Bring recommendations with a clear case for investing or passing. Knowing which markets to walk away from matters as much as knowing which to chase
  • Run early, lightweight tests where the signal looks promising — positioning, messaging, and proof — and build a repeatable approach the team can use the next time we look at a new vertical

Cross-functional leadership

  • Serve as the hub between sales, product marketing, customer marketing, demand generation, and product development, feeding market insight into each function and making sure everyone is marching in the same direction
  • Serve as the messaging authority for your verticals: consulting across marketing for campaign and content development
  • Pressure-test the work happening across teams against a simple bar: does it solve a real customer pain point, strengthen our competitive position, resonate with the segment we’re targeting, and drive measurable results?
  • Partner with product development teams as the voice of your customers, bringing market insight that shapes the roadmap
  • Enable sales and support: train them on the problems we solve for these buyers, and work with sales enablement to build the internal tools and external collateral they need

What You’ll Need

  • BS/BA and 4–6 years of experience in a strategic marketing role focused on small business buyers, including direct experience marketing to automotive businesses
  • A track record of owning a strategy end to end and being accountable for the results, not just executing someone else’s plan
  • Experience entering or evaluating a new market: sizing the opportunity, building the case, and standing up positioning where none existed
  • Strong analytical instincts and genuine comfort with data — you can get to the story behind the metric and build a case around it
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and the confidence and presence to represent your point of view to senior leaders and to external audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and align cross-functional partners without formal authority
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where you’ll prioritize, make tradeoffs, and shift between strategic thinking and hands-on execution in the same day

If you do not meet all the requirements listed, we still encourage you to apply! No job description is perfect, and we may also have another opportunity that aligns with your skills and experience.

Additional Perks

  • Healthcare (one option covered at 100% for employees), Dental & Vision Coverage
  • Competitive HSA with company matching
  • Paid parental leave
  • Flexible vacation policy
  • 401K options with company dollar-for-dollar match
  • Employee stock options available from day one
  • $2,000 annual educational allowance
  • Catered lunch every Tuesday * an in-office perk
  • MARTA transportation or office parking expenses covered
  • Employee charitable donation company match, up to $500 annually
  • Regular company outings and events
  • Hybrid work options with $500 office stipend to set up your home office
  • Designated bike storage

Content Creative Director of Copy at Twin Health

Leads Twin Health's written voice across member and B2B communications, sets brand standards, and manages a growing copy team.

Lead Posted about 16 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Twin Health

At Twin Health, we empower people to improve and prevent chronic metabolic diseases, like type 2 diabetes and obesity, with a new standard of care. Twin Health is the only company applying AI Digital Twin technology exclusively toward metabolic health.

We start by building a dynamic model of each person’s metabolism — drawing on thousands of data points from CGMs, smartwatches, and meal logs — that maps their personal path to better health. Guided by a dedicated clinical care team, our members have lowered their A1C below the diabetes range, achieved lasting weight loss, and reduced or even eliminated medications, all while living healthier, happier lives.

Working here

Our team at Twin Health is passionate, talented, and united by a shared purpose: to improve the metabolic health and happiness of our members. We believe in empowering every Twin to make a meaningful impact for our members, our clients, and each other, while enjoying a supportive, collaborative work environment.

Twin has been recognized not only for our innovation but also for our culture, including: Innovator of the Year by the Employer Health Innovation Roundtable (EHIR), selected to CB Insights’ Digital Health 150, and named one of Newsweek’s Top Most Loved Workplace® .

With more than $100 million raised in recent funding, including a $53 million Series E round in 2025 led by Maj Invest, and a $50 million investment in 2023 led by Temasek, Twin is scaling rapidly across the U.S. and globally. Backed by leading venture firms like ICONIQ Growth, Sequoia, Sofina, Temasek, and Peak XV, we are building the most impactful digital health company in the world.

Join us as we reinvent the standard of care in metabolic health.

Opportunity

Twin is looking for a Creative Director, Copy to lead the voice behind everything Twin writes, both for members reversing and preventing disease and for the employers, health plans, and consultants who buy the platform for them. You’ll report to the Sr. Director, Brand & Experience and own Twin’s written voice end to end: setting the standard, building the system that lets a growing team write in it consistently, and stepping in personally on the highest-stakes copy that carries the brand at its biggest moments.

This is a player-coach role, and it’s a leadership role: you’ll be one of two direct leads under the Sr. Director, Brand & Experience (the other leading Design), and you’ll act as that leader’s delegate and backup on brand voice and copy decisions. You’ll directly lead a small, growing writing team (a Member writer, a B2B writer, and a flexible B2B/B2C support writer) while also being a hands-on writer yourself for Twin’s most visible moments: brand manifestos, executive-level messaging, and the pieces where getting the voice right matters most.

Responsibilities

  • Own Twin’s voice and tone across every audience (member, employer, health plan, broker/consultant, unions) and keep the Voice & Language Guide alive as the team and the brand evolve.
  • Act as Twin’s narrative through-line: the steward who catches it when a piece of content is technically on-brief but doesn’t actually hold up, and who prevents narrative drift as the company and the team scale.
  • Own the overarching content calendar for brand and editorial voice across all channels and audiences so there’s a single point of editorial visibility across everything shipping, not just what the direct writing team produces.
  • Apply a structured editorial plan to significant content before it ships: audience, goal, narrative arc (opening/middle/close), optimization approach, and key points, not just a final voice pass.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow Twin’s copywriters (Member and B2B), building their judgment so they can make brand-right calls independently, not just execute a brief.
  • Distribute workload and priorities across the writing team as it grows, so no single writer is the bottleneck for an entire audience.
  • Write and edit personally where the brand’s voice is most exposed: brand manifestos, executive thought leadership, and campaign centerpieces.
  • Partner with the Sr. Director, Brand & Experience and Product Marketing to translate brand strategy and positioning into copy standards the team can execute against, and serve as their delegate on voice/copy decisions when needed.
  • Operate as the cross-functional owner that other teams (Product Marketing, BD/Sales, and campaign owners, including brand and social content) route content through for a final voice and coherence check, without needing direct authority over their teams to make that work.
  • Review and elevate the team’s work before it ships: the difference between technically on-brief and sounding like Twin.
  • A shared creative remit with the design leadership counterpart (Senior Design Creative/ACD), and weigh in on the visual system, not just the words, so copy and design ship as one holistic voice, one look and feel, not two separate reviews.
  • Build repeatable systems (style guides, review workflows, onboarding for new writers) so quality doesn’t depend on any one person’s memory.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in copywriting or content strategy, including experience leading or mentoring other writers — with a meaningful percentage of that in healthcare, health tech, or another complex, regulated buyer environment (benefits, fintech, etc.), where you’ve had to write with the support and approval of a clinical/legal review
  • A portfolio that shows real range — consumer/emotional writing and B2B/executive writing
  • Experience translating brand strategy and voice guidelines into a working system a team can execute against, not just a personal style.
  • Comfortable as both a working writer and a people leader — this role edits and writes, it doesn’t only manage.
  • Strong judgment on when to hold the line on brand voice and when to flex for audience or channel.
  • Experience driving alignment and quality across teams you don’t directly manage — getting Product Marketing, BD, and campaign owners to route content through you without it feeling like a bottleneck.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Design, and clinical/legal reviewers on regulated or claims-sensitive content.
  • Comfortable operating as a leadership-team delegate — able to represent brand voice decisions on someone else’s behalf, not just your own work.
  • Bonus Skills
  • Experience building or running a formal brand voice/style guide.
  • Executive ghostwriting or founder-voice experience.
  • Familiarity with claims/clinical review processes in a regulated industry.
  • Experience mentoring writers from junior to senior levels.
  • This remote opportunity based out of the U.S. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $190,000 - $205,000 annually.

Twin has an ambitious vision to empower people to live healthier and happier lives, and to achieve this purpose, we need the very best people to enhance our cutting-edge technology and medical science, deliver the best possible care, and turn our passion into value for our members, partners and investors. We are committed to delivering an outstanding culture and experience for every Twin employee through a company based on the values of passion, talent, and trust. We offer comprehensive benefits and perks in line with these principles, as well as a high level of flexibility for every Twin

  • A competitive compensation package in line with leading technology companies
  • A remote and accomplished global team
  • Opportunity for equity participation
  • Unlimited vacation with manager approval
  • 16 weeks of 100% paid parental leave for delivering parents; 8 weeks of 100% paid parental leave for non-delivering parents
  • 100% Employer sponsored healthcare, dental, and vision for you, and 80% coverage for your family; Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account options
  • 401k retirement savings plan

Product Head of Cyber Insurance Programs at Tint

Leads the cyber insurance vertical by managing partnerships, operations, and product integration to scale embedded cyber insurance through security platforms.

Lead Posted about 16 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Tint

Tint enables SaaS platforms and marketplaces to unlock growth and improve profitability through embedded insurance. We offer plug-and-play and white-labeled integrations, equipping brands we partner with a sophisticated mix of technology infrastructure, services, and deep industry expertise. Embedded insurance can transform insurance from a product bought separately to a feature of brands consumers love and we are on a mission to make that happen.

Happy Tint customers include Turo, Deel, uShip, Guesty, Neighbor, BabyQuip, and CitizenShipper, among others.

We’ve raised $30M and are backed by world-class investors such as Y Combinator, QED, Deciens, Nyca, Plug and Play, WIN, Soma Capital, and Pioneer Fund.

About the role

Cyber is the one line of insurance where the risk is already measured continuously - just not by insurers. Security platforms scan their customers’ code, monitor their infrastructure, and certify their controls. They know more about a company’s real exposure than any PDF application ever will. And yet cyber coverage is still bought off to the side, on static forms, disconnected from the tools that actually manage the risk.

We think that’s backwards, and we’ve started proving it. Tint is being appointed by Coalition. We think that’s backwards, and we’ve started proving it. Tint is being appointed by Coalition, and we’re running a pilot with our first design partner: an AI-native vulnerability scanning platform whose customers told us, unprompted through an in-product survey with no marketing behind it, that they’d want coverage in the same place they find and fix their vulnerabilities. Those first opt-ins are waiting to be quoted now.

That’s a starting point, not a product. We’re looking for someone to own the Cyber vertical from here: prove the distribution thesis with our first brand partners, build the embedded experience with Product, manage capacity, and turn a manual pilot into a repeatable business across the security ecosystem.

Be clear-eyed about year one. It’s distribution, operations, and speed — getting a solid off-the-shelf product into the right flow at the right moment and learning fast from real submissions. We are deliberately not reinventing underwriting on day one. Year two is where it gets interesting: partner security telemetry is the foundation for underwriting cyber risk far more dynamically than a static application allows, and you’ll be the person who decides when we’re ready to build that and what it looks like.

This is a builder’s role with a live pilot, a named design partner, and capacity in hand. It is not a role for someone who wants a program handed to them.

What you will do

  • Own the Cyber vertical and its P&L. Define the strategy — target segments, partner selection, program design, growth path. Own the numbers: submissions, bind rate, attach rate, premium, and ultimately loss ratio.
  • Prove and scale embedded distribution. Take the CodeAnt pilot from manual submissions to a real embedded experience, then build the repeatable motion for the rest of the ecosystem: MSPs and MSSPs, compliance and trust platforms, cloud and developer tooling, and AI-native security players.
  • Source and close brand partnerships. Identify, pitch, and close the platforms whose customers need cyber coverage. Structure the commercial terms, including partner compensation and revenue share.
  • Own capacity relationships. Run the Coalition relationship, negotiate commission structure and authority, and bring on additional capacity partners as the program’s appetite and volume grow.
  • Build the product with Product. Partner with product and engineering to design quoting, binding, and post-purchase flows that feel native inside a security platform — not like an insurance form bolted onto a dashboard.
  • Run the program and iterate. Monitor submission quality, conversion, claims experience, and partner performance. Find what’s breaking and fix it.
  • Evolve the underwriting thesis. As volume builds, make the case for where partner security data produces better risk selection and pricing than the market standard, and lead that work with carriers.
  • Be Tint’s expert in the room. Represent Tint with carriers, brokers, security platforms, and the broader cyber market. Track how the line, the threat landscape, and regulation are moving.

You should apply if you have…

  • 8+ years in cyber insurance — underwriting, broking, program management, or the MGA/insurtech side of the market
  • Direct experience building or launching a cyber insurance program, or early-stage experience at a technology-led cyber carrier or MGA
  • A real working knowledge of cyber risk: ransomware and extortion, data breach and privacy liability, network security failure, business interruption, and social engineering or funds transfer fraud
  • Fluency in the security tooling landscape — you can hold a credible conversation with a CTO or CISO about their stack, not just about their limits and deductible
  • Experience working with carriers, MGAs, brokers, or reinsurers to secure capacity and negotiate authority and commission structures
  • A track record of sourcing and closing partnerships, not just managing existing ones
  • Demonstrated 0-to-1 experience: you’ve built something from nothing, with incomplete information and no established playbook, and you can point to what you actually did
  • Comfort owning a number and being measured on it
  • Experience in fast-moving environments — startups, MGAs, or program administrators

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sold through or partnered with MSPs, MSSPs, compliance platforms, or security software vendors
  • Worked on embedded insurance or digital distribution models
  • Experience with data-driven or security-signal-based cyber underwriting
  • Built partner-facing or API-based distribution rather than only broker-led distribution
  • Surplus lines placement experience, including filings and tax obligations
  • Certifications such as RPLU, CIC, or CPCU; security credentials such as CISSP or Security+ are a bonus

What We Value Most in a Candidate

  • Culture is Key. As a remote company, we take culture very seriously. We are looking for self-motivated candidates who can stay motivated and focused. But don’t worry, we’re still social! We work collaboratively even though we are remote and travel to team and company retreats throughout the year, which builds the personal relationships that allow us multiply our power working remotely. That also means we hold ourselves to a high standard in how we treat each other (with respect, professionalism, and genuine care) to maintain an environment where colleagues feel safe and valued - that’s something we don’t compromise on.
  • Focused on Results. We are a fast-moving small team with big goals. We need team players that feel a sense of urgency to drive meaningful results for the business. We have clear company goals and a pathway to significant growth - and this role is integral to that journey.
  • Customer-first. Put yourself in the shoes of someone trying to buy our solution. We need a person who can empathize with our customers and help create strategies to continually improve the customer experience.
  • Adaptability. We’re still an early-stage start-up, and things change quickly. If you are energized by learning and discovering on-the-go, this will be an excellent fit for you. We are looking for open-minded candidates that adapt well to changing environments as our company grows and scales.

Why Tint?

  • Flexible Time Off. It’s pretty simple: we don’t control the days and hours that each of us works, so we’re free to manage our time however we want to achieve the goals and deliverables we committed to. We have unlimited vacation time. Use it whenever you need to recharge!
  • Competitive Compensation. In addition to a competitive salary, you’ll receive equity as part of your offer.  We’re all owners - when Tint succeeds, we all succeed! We also help you maximize your money by offering an FSA and a 401(k).
  • Comprehensive Healthcare. Tint covers 100% of employee (and dependent!) premiums for medical, vision and dental.
  • Company Retreats to Exciting Locations. We meet in person as a company twice a year to make sure we have time to connect in real life and get to have those conversations that are better done in person. These retreats are a mix of business and fun and we always choose a cool, central-ish location - think Barcelona, Playa del Carmen, Mallorca… Add on a few days of your flexible time off and you’ve *almost* got a free vacation somewhere cool!

Location

This role is fully remote, however our ideal candidate is located in the US. Please note that at this time Tint is unable to support candidates who require employer visa sponsorship.
